Drabble 1-5: Doctor Who

1.) When the Tenth Doctor sighed to himself and looked into the tall burning fire he felt a remorse for what was happening. His child hood friend and he couldn't do nothing to save The Master. He begged him, held him close and dared to cry. Remorse grabbed at his two beating hearts, not shaking away even as he stood in the dark, warmed by the fire.

He would miss him, his friend, his enemy. The Doctor sighed heavily and began to walk away. It was no use, he was alone most indefinitely now and it was all because he couldn't make him regenerate. Remorse was all that was left in him that night.

2.) Running, wasn't that what the Doctor did all the time? It was true that he couldn't stop running, no matter the Cybermen, the Daleks, even the Koquillion. As he was doing this all to save people he was so alone. Aside from monsters being not the only thing it was also his past. You would have thought he would feel more guilty with all the lives he had abandoned, including leaving the Master alone.

He was afraid wasn't he? Running was so much of a chore, he had to stop sometime and he did briefly, making everything right somewhat. Running from Jack's misery was no longer an issue, neither was running from what he had done to Donna. One thing he could never run from was how he felt about the Master, the nagging feelings of…

3.) "What was it that the doctor never got about time? Five minutes went to two years, a small mistake lead him to the end of time. He was terrible with it. Even if he was the somewhat end of the time lords (including the assholes that hid themselves), he still was not named the 'capable time keeper'.

Time, you had to laugh. It was something the Doctor was but couldn't keep. The man had seemed to forget all at one point until he heard a familiar name: Chrístõdavõreendiamondhærtma llõupdracœfiredelúnmiancuimh ne de Lœngbærrow. It was at that point he hated those words I am sure." The Master laughed as he took a sideways glance at his friend, letting the glare sink into his memory.

4.) The Tenth Doctor and the Master stood staring at each other. They were angry at one another once more. The Doctor yelled at him but the other wouldn't listen. The Master this time punched the other right in the face making him fall to the bed behind them.

He was angry but all he could do was stare at the male. "Why would you punch me?" "I can't stand how you pretend you know what I go through. 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4! You were not shown the vortex, you don't fucking care!" "I love you, how is that not caring?" They both remained angry at each other as the Master sat down next to the Doctor. "…Sorry Chrístõ."

5.) The Master was tossing and turning in his sleep,it's the vortex again, the Doctor thought. He rolled over on his side and brought the male close to him. He was so very warm unlike his hearts. Despite having living with him, despite yelling at him almost everyday, the Master was still warm. The Doctor propped his head up on his hand and his other hand began to slowly rub the others arm.

"You're so warm Master." He spoke softly. The master rolled over and looked up at the Doctor's face. "As are you. Now, leave me alone, go back to sleep…" He slurred slightly before nuzzling in his lover's chest. All the Doctor could do was laugh, wrapping his arms around the ..
