Chapter One: Terrible End

In the vast Nintendo Galaxy, there exists the Pokémon World, in one of its many Solar Systems that are abundant with life. The planet is on the brink of ruin as an evil being, Darkstar, whom after his defeat at the hands of the Hero of Time and Princess of Destiny who sealed him away, sought revenge for his defeat as he ravages the regions, from Kanto to Sinnoh leaving a trail of death and destruction in his wake. The criminal organizations took advantage of the chaos and began a killing spree of all humans and Pokémon, driven by an unknown bloodlust. Those who attempted to resist, especially the legendaries, were slaughtered including Dialga and Giratina II. With the death of Dialga, time began to breakdown starting at the Pokémon World slowly spreading while the Distortion World is collapsing after the death of Giratina II.

The ones that survived the onslaught of evil prayed to Arceus for salvation, as the hour of doom drew nigh, though he was unable to due to having to abide by the rules forced upon him by Darkstar, who had indirectly manipulated Arceus into making those rules long ago to take advantage of the legendaries.

As a result of Darkstar's evil machinations, Arceus and Blackfire's two daughters, Crystal and Lily, are stuck in their Grovyle forms, and Blackfire being injured in the fight. Now, Arceus is in a dire situation; He couldn't repeal the laws that Darkstar had manipulated him into creating, and needed to call an emergency meeting with the surviving legendaries.

Arceus calls out using a combination of Hyper Voice and Telepathy, "All surviving legendaries report to the Hall of Origin for an emergency meeting immediately!"

At this time, the surviving legendaries, which include Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Celebi, Mew, Articuno, Moltres, Zapdos, Palkia, Reshiram, and Zekrom are making their way to the Hall of Origin. In the ocean east of Sinnoh, Kyogre swims through an undersea cavern to Mt. Coronet while Groudon burrows into a magma chamber and heads for the mountain via underground rivers of lava. Rayquaza flies towards the palace, noticing the Bird Trio flying behind him in a V formation. Mew and Celebi follow close behind, while Reshiram and Zekrom are also flying near them.

The legendaries soon arrived at the Hall of Origin, where they meet with Arceus in the meeting chamber.

"This emergency meeting has come to order!" declared Arceus, before starting things off, "As you all know, our world is dying, due to the machinations by that horrible Darkstar. He was always too jealous of us legendaries. We couldn't allow him to rule, because of his evil personality. He wanted to reshape everything in his image, and to destroy as many innocent lives as possible. Thus, he influenced events from the shadows. Darkstar indirectly manipulated me into making the laws that separated me and Blackfire along with causing conflict between us legendaries to strain relations in our family. As you know, Link the Hero of Time and Princesss Zelda of Hyrule helped defeat Darkstar while saving mine and Backfire's life. We shall find a new home world, which will be the very one the Goddesses of Hyrule created at the same time I created the Pokémon World. I have met them before many centuries ago..."

(Flashback)

Not long after another meeting still thinking of his mate whom was separated from him, Arceus flies out of the Hall of Origin and gallops through space until he finds a planet much like his own which is being watched over by four women who give off a godlike aura. The leader, Din who has a tan complextion and having fiery red hair tied in a pony tail, wearing simple long sleeve ankle length dress, notices the equine being approaching cantering towards them slowing to a trot.

"Greetings, Arceus," smiled Din before asking, "What brings you here to the planet me and my sisters created millions of years ago at the same time yours was created?"

Arceus replied, "I had come here to see how things on Hyrule are going right now."

Nayru says, "Right now, the fledging Kingdom of Hyrule is a peace right now after the Hero of Minish defeated Vaati, the Wind Mage. He had turned Princess Zelda into stone after destroying the Picori Blade, before setting out to cause trouble in Hyrule. However a young boy, Link defeated Vaati and restored peace to Hyrule and saving Princess Zelda. Just as their predecessor, the Hero of Sky and his Zelda married, they two also eventually married. Though things are peaceful now, a great evil familiar to you will threaten Hyrule again, just as he did during the Era of Hylia."

"Who could it be?" asks Arceus, before remembering Terotrey, "No, could it be him?!"

Farore responds, "Indeed, he terrorized the Surface at the time Demise started terrorizing the land. Hylia first sealed Darkstar away, preventing him from wreaking havoc upon Hyrule. The seal, however, is weakening from the evil forces and the residual consciousness of Demise drawing Terotrey to Hyrule, and knowing that there are Legendary Pokémon native to Hyrule."

"This is not good," Arceus said, "If Terotrey is threatening Hyrule, then he will be after the Legendary Pokémon there, too."

Hylia reassures, "But even if he threatens Hyrule, the next Zelda and her Chosen Hero will rise to defeat him when the land is plunged into misery, as my blessing to my Chosen Hero that we will be eternally reborn together to defend Hyrule should evil threaten it."

(End flashback)

How will we get to this world that which you are familiar with, Lord Arceus?" asks Rayquaza, "There wouldn't be enough time for humans to make us a space-going vessel."

"The Hall of Origin can transform itself into a spaceship, the Origin Battleship," explains Arceus, "And it will take us to our new home. The estimated time it should take will be three months at least. We will leave in a couple of days, so make final preparations. Plus, I think we should take a few worthy humans with us, as well so find the ones that are the most worthy."

Kyogre asks, "Which humans are we to take with us for the journey to Hyrule?"

Arceus replies, "I can think of a few good humans, including Ash Ketchum and his friends. I can sense that they're not dead yet. They are still holding out against those horrid crime syndicates, but for who knows how long? We have to find them quickly before it's too late. Palkia, I want you to retrieve them and bring them here as quickly as you can manage. If any of those despicable crime syndicates get in your way, you are welcome to dispose of those scoundrels."

Palkia nodded, before flying out of the Hall of Origin, setting out the search the world for Ash Ketchum and his friends.

Arceus continues, "Now then, there are three legendary pokemon eggs that are in the Distortion World, two that were laid by Temporalia, Dialga's mate, and the other, laid by a female Giratina that was Giratina's mate. I want one of you to retrieve those eggs and bring them here for safekeeping."

Celebi volunteered, as legendary Pokémon of the forest set off to the Distortion World to retrieve the eggs finding a portal on the Spear Pillar. As the Grass/Psychic type legendary enters the Distortion World, she notices the realm is starting to collapse. The ice pillars are collapsing, houses crumbling as gravity grew too strong as space becam more unstable than normal. She knew that she had to find those eggs fast, before she gets trapped. Celebi hurried to find the eggs, which she does before levitating them with her psychic abilities as she then exited the Distortion World.

Arceus was discussing the subject of the path to their destination, along with taking their parent star with them, as they began preparations. Palkia returns to the Hall of Origin in a spacial rift, bringing with her Ash, Dawn, Brock, and a multitude of other humans seeking refuge from the crime syndicates.

"Humans," Arceus started with a smile, "welcome to the Hall of Origin, my home and where me and my fellow legendaries of the Legendary Council gather for our meetings. While you're here, you will be safe from the dreaded crime syndicates that had threatened your lives, and we are preparing for a long voyage in space to a new home. That home will be Planet Hylia, which was created by four goddesses, one of which I am personally familiar. She is Hylia, the youngest of the goddesses and the predecessor to the current Princess Zelda and those before her. Hylia's Chosen Hero, the first Link was her love and both reincarnate, eternally reborn when Hyrule is in danger. They did tell me if something happens to the Pokémon World, I can always come to Hyrule as a new home. So, Hyrule is where we shall be going."

Ash nodded, before asking, "Where is Hyrule anyways?"

Arceus explained, "It is on a planet far from our world, and it would take at least three months, but worry not, Ash, we'll have enough supplies to last us to our destination."

The Kanto-born trainer nodded, as he then noticed that Arceus has a look of worry for his mate Blackfire, who is in the medical wing after suffering severe injuries at he hands of Terotrey. He asks, "Is something the matter, Arceus?"

Arceus nodded, before replying, "I'm merely worried greatly about Blackfire right now, as she was injured severely after that confrontation with Darkstar and nearly getting killed, if it weren't for Link and Zelda's intervention. But alas, Darkstar proved to be the sorest of all the sore losers and tried to destroy nearly everything I created. Because he is partly Dark-type, he always did have a dark side to his personality, which is more dominant. He was always too arrogant of his power, believing that he can rule the world the way he pleases, thinking of humans and non-legendary Pokémon as his playthings. Our world was not the only one he threatened, as he also threatened Hyrule, but he was thwarted by the Link and Zelda that came before the current. During the Era of Hylia, Her Grace, Hylia sealed Darkstar away to prevent him from threatening the land. However, the seal broke at some point and the fates of the legendaries native to Hyrule are unknown to me. I wonder how Link and Zelda are doing right now in Hyrule, since the battle on Mt. Coronet."

Dawn remarks, "I am sure they are doing fine. I mean, they are the ones who saved yours and Blackfire's life, so no need to worry. If they can take on someone as nasty as Ganon, then there's no reason why they can't take on Darkstar!"

Arceus nodded, "But somehow, I know that as powerful as they are with the Blade of Evil's Bane, it's not going to be easy; Darkstar is cruel and cunning, but he is also very conceited."

Brock says in response, "Now that's one Pokemon that I would NOT want to have on my team. If he's as evil as they say he is, then I'm not even going to try and find him!"

Some of the other survivors, who happen to be trainers themselves, nodded in agreement as Groudon said, "He certainly wouldn't be willing to cooperate with any human, he'd rather kill or manipulate him/her instead."

"Indeed," replied Kyogre, as the Goddess of the Sea asks, "I wonder what Hyrule is like and what it looks like?"

Arceus replies, "Hyrule is a land of peace and prosperity ruled by Princess Zelda and her father the King of Hyrule. Link, the Hero of Time who is married to his Zelda, rules with her. The land has plains, rivers, lakes, vast forests, a desert, and a volcano."

"Go on," Rayquaza asks as Arceus continues, "The land is inhabited by Hylians, Gorons, Zoras, Sheikah, Kokiri, and the Gerudo. The Sheikah are an elusive people who swear fealty to the Royal Family and protects them from the shadows. The Zoras are aquatic humanoid people with dolphin and fish-like features. The Gorons are a race of rock people that posses superhuman strength and love to eat rocks. The Gerudo are an all-female race with a male born every hundred years to become their ruler. They also have a tradition, in which every few years or so, they go about looking for men to claim as their husbands. The Kokiri are forest children who never age and live in the forest with their guardian, the Great Deku Tree. Hylians, the main race of Hyrule and are closest to the Goddesses and are skilled at magic."

"Interesting," said Rayquaza, "Is there anymore information on Hyrule that you could give us?"

Arceus nodded, before saying, "Yes, but right now we need to focus on making preparations for departure. And one more thing, can you find anything on how to restore my daughters' original Arceus forms?"

Rayquaza replied, "I don't know of a way that we could do this, unless you can use your power to alter their DNA to what they were before Darkstar tampered with it in his plans to destroy us."'

"You know what, Rayquaza," started Arceus thoughtfully, "You're right, I could restore their original forms using my power over creation."
