If you guys want writers to continue writing, tell them you like their stories. I've seen too many quit writing all together, or write less frequently than they once did, because of rude reviewers, small number of reviewers, or a combination of both. I can't imagine the time or talent it takes to write, and when you sit back and enjoy a chapter it probably took a writer hours to write when they could've been doing anything else and you don't have the courtesy to take just a moment and tell them you liked it...You're horrible. Sorry I'm not sorry. I don't know what's normal for hit counts, but I'm going to venture a guess that only a tiny percentage review. Am I saying you have to review every chapter of every story, or review stories you don't like? No. But if you like a writer, let them know every now and then. Support each other. Maybe you'll be the inspiration they need to finish a chapter or to post more frequently. Or keep being ungrateful and entitled. Whatever works for you.
Yes I do review stories, I've just never had an account until now. I've noticed that many writers in this fandom have either stopped writing or slowed down, and I would hate to see fanfic for this show die out. But it will happen eventually if we don't support our writers and show them how grateful we are.
