Stumbling noiselessly up to the dorm room door, Carmilla could hear giggles and laughing coming from the other side. "Ugg. Humans" the vampire grumpily groaned while unlocking the door, and taking a step into the room. Immediately as she saw Danny, Laf, and Laura sitting on the floor, she shrieked!
Cradled in Dannys' lap was a sleeping tiny white puppy, no bigger than a mug. All of the girls immediately looked to Carmilla in surprise, and Laura jumped up to go help her new girlfriend. Carmilla, with a cat-like elegance, pounced onto the counter, and practically shrieked.
Laura stopped scampering towards her, and just stared at her confusedly, wondering what caused this outburst. But before she or any of the other girls could say anything to the strange-acting vampire, the sleeping dog awoke suddenly and stumbled out of Dannys' lap and started yapping loudly towards Carmilla, who was now trying to get on top of a closet.
Carmilla looked like she was about to cry, tears threatening to leave her eyes, as she begun to whimper. Laura, not knowing what was happening, froze in shock. Danny began to laugh thinking it was all a joke. And Laf just didn't know what was happening.
The two girls who remained sitting, scooted back suddenly, when Carmilla's eyes became sharp, and her fangs began protruding from her mouth. The dog, still yapping at her, began to shake, as if preparing for a marathon. Carmilla looked at the snow-white pup and hissed at it, fangs protruding, making the dog dash under Lauras' bed for protection.
The three girls looked at Carmilla, who now was shaking from either anger or nervousness. Laura took a step towards Carm, whose eyes were still fixed on where the cowering puppy ran, and mouth slightly parted, her fangs dipping onto her lower lip. Laura reached out and touched Carmilla's knee, and asked, "Are you a-alright?"
"D-dog" Carmilla murmered, stuttering slightly, "ther-theres a dog in h-here." Laura, realizing what has happened looked to her two friends, still sitting with a "what the fuck" expression, and told them to take the pup to one of their rooms, and to leave.
Once the extra people and the dog had left, Carmilla climbed down from the counter and turned towards Laura. Laura softly said, while stroking her girlfriends face, "Sweetie, is this one of your cat things. You told me about you being the black cat in my dreams… and not my dreams, in real life, too."
Carmilla just nodded and leaned down to hug tiny gay Laura. Laura, sensing how Carmilla needed comfort, began stroking her hair and back. Carmilla lent into Laura and let out a sigh of comfort. Laura chuckled to herself as she felt Carmilla's neck vibrate, and heard a soft purring fill the room. Carmilla blushed.
