"So..." Annabeth drawled. "Tell me what happened."

Percy bit the inside of his cheek and trembled.

"It was harrowing, I swear!"

The daughter of Athena cocked an unimpressed eyebrow while Percy went on with his story.

"Jason, Frank, Leo and I were doing this challenge... you know, 14 days without leaving the house."

"And?"

"And everything was great until the eleventh day arrived... On the eleventh day we ran out of food. FOOD!"

"Wow, Percy, that's truly terrible... What can I say..."

"Anyway," he continued, "we called Nico and asked him to bring us some b— but guess what he said. Guess!"

Annabeth sighed. "I would never guess this one," she stated, her voice dripping with sarcasm.

At this point the boy was almost shrieking.

"He said... H–he said NO!"

The girl rolled her eyes and face-plamed.

"Why?! Just why?" she muttered through gritted teeth and glared up at the sky.
