"I know what you did.
"You treated him with suspicion but praised him, sympathized with him, lauded him with sweets and affection. You gave him the attention he always craved.
"You used him, didn't you?
"I did some research, you know? Hermione isn't the only one with a brain. My research brought me into contact with some survivors of the final battle against Grindlewald. You weren't there for the whole thing, were you? No, the one fighting him was their hero, a prodigy, a young boy just. Like. Me.
"You had him take down the dark lord and then you threw him aside, telling people he had gone mad with power and reneging on all your promises. It's no wonder he wants to kill you, and all those that follow you. But you're just lying to them too, aren't you?
"Did you sell my parents out yourself, or was that simply a lucky coincidence? I still don't know the answer to that one. They're dead, you're not talking, and Pettigrew… Well. He won't be talking for a long time, what with his tongue gone and all.
"I'm not a fool, Headmaster. I've never been a fool. Naïve, I suppose, but I was a child. You were authority. I'll never make that mistake again, I assure you.
"I know what you did. To Riddle, to Snape, to my parents, even to Grindlewald. You played them all like fools. And you tried to play me too, didn't you.
"Not anymore. I'm not a fool. No, I'm not a fool.
"I won't fall for your tricks old man. I'll be your downfall. And guess what? I've already started.
"It's gone, Headmaster, the philosopher's stone. I destroyed it with the same fang I once used to save Ginny from that broken boy, the last one you used like you tried to use me. That fang's still here, too. See? I have it right here, around my neck. This one shard could kill you so easily.
"No? I'm wrong? I don't understand? Am I too young, Headmaster, too shortsighted to understand the grand scheme of things? Do I just need to have one of your drugged candies for all to be right with the world again? I'm not a fool. But you already knew that, didn't you?
"You did a lot of work to make sure I ended up like Riddle, but you tried to cover your tracks, and that threw you off. I chose Gryffindor, and all your plans to frame me and fame me in turn were destroyed. Not quite though. You had backup, didn't you? You tweaked things, changed situations, and you thought it would all work out in the end, didn't you. But I'm smarter than that, I learned from their mistakes. Never trust a bug, even if he's just a harmless Bumblebee.
"I need to thank Skeeter for that; she's the one that clued me in. I 'lose' my blackmail and get free access to the records. I saw the fame and glory being heaped on Tom Riddle, and I recognized his disappearance as a time when your home accepted no visitors. What were you doing there, Headmaster? Were you extracting his soul? Destroying him, to claim the glory for your own?
"No, you say, I still don't understand. I'm looking too deeply, seeing things that aren't there.
"You knew this day would come, didn't you? The day when you slipped up and failed and lost, once and for all, this great game of chess you played with us all? That's the trouble with being a King, Headmaster, you can hardly protect yourself. But me? You made me a Queen, to take out the dark King. And I can go anywhere.
"Didn't you know, Headmaster, that I would kill you? Laugh as you die? No, of course not. I'd be dead already if you thought it might happen.
"I got you, Headmaster. You didn't know."
I wrote this on the spur of the moment. Harry might know the truth or he might just be cracked, it's up to you to decide that. Sorry to all those who dislike the evil Harry or manipulative Dumbledore, but I could easily see this as being true. After all, the man did orchestrate his own death so his side could win. Incidentally, he orchestrated Harry's death too.
