Slightly tied with falling from Earth, but only a little.
Aziraphale wasn't sure.
And he was sure about most things. He was always sure: tea or coffee? Tea. For sure. The surest guy in the universe - that was him. The surest angel in heaven? Well, he had never been there, but sure, he even guessed he was a pretty high-ranking sure guy up there. But what Aziraphale wasn't sure about, was Crowley.
With Crowley, nothing was sure. Nothing, at all. He had the shortest attention span in the entire universe, and his mind changed every fifteen seconds. Even sure wasn't completely sure with Crowley. Crowley turned everything on its head; he was an obnoxious, annoying, devious, attention-seeking, arrogant, pretentious, mischievous, evil, little - he was a supercilious arse. A massive one. And he also happened to be the best company Aziraphale ever kept.
Sure, he was a demon and Aziraphale was an angel. That strictly speaking wasn't really to mean they were meant to hang out all the time but - they just did. In music class, lunch periods, in between classes and even after school. They often spent their weekends together, just hanging out. Or often they would go see a movie showing and Crowley would delight in pointing out exactly which characters would be so easily won over by him (the majority were women), while Aziraphale would pretend to listen whilst licking cream cake off his fingers. Once in a while (though it seemed more frequently of late) Crowley would bring bottles of wine and numerous spirits over to Aziraphale's house in the evenings, climb through his bedroom window and they would spend the night getting wonderfully and completely sozzled. The universe seemed a more beautiful and closer place to an individual once seen through the hazy eyes of intoxication, Aziraphale had learnt. He had also learnt that the following hell of a hangover the next morning (with Crowley groaning in frustration that they wouldn't have to deal with this bullshit when they were 21) would not be enough to prevent him from doing it again.
