Author Note/Disclaimer: The result of watching to many ghost type shows/movies. This will be a Stella/Noctis in an unsual type of sense. Saddly I dont own Final Fantasy Versus XIII either
Summary: They say that the mansion on Somnus Drive is haunted by a woman, a woman who was killed during the Cold War. What started out as a dare turns to a life changing experience for Noctis Caelum

His dark blue eyes studies the white elegant but extremely old fashioned, and he is instantly reminded of the type mansions that existed here before the Cold War.

But to his knowledge only a good handful still exist today, most of them being destroyed by enemy soldiers during the Cold War.

Yet there is something almost nostalgic this house.

"You know they say that house is haunted," his blonde friend says, obviously noticing his friend stopping to study to the manor.

"What?" he questions, studying his blonde friend.

Prompto nods, "It's a common legend in this town, it used to belong to a woman, Stella Fleur or something along those lines. Some people say she refused to leave the manor, because of a promise she made with her fiancé, but other says the town didn't receive evacuation orders considering the numerous amounts of civilian deaths, and perhaps there is a bit of truth in both of those theories."

Noctis frowns lightly, "How did she die?"

Prompto shrugs lightly, "People say that she was raped by the enemy soldiers that took control of the town and she took her own life, others say the soldiers killed her after they had their fun, it was General Ingin who found her body, along with the bodies of several civilians."

Noctis stares at the house almost doubtfully for a minute, "What happened to her fiancé?"

"Killed in battle I suppose," Prompto says with a slight shrug. "Truthfully nobody knows much about him. The only clue to his identity is in that house, but the only people who go in that house now are teenagers."

"Teenagers," he replies skeptically.

"Mostly on dares," Prompto clarifies, "But no harm has ever come to them, but they report the strangest noises. The piano playing by itself, lights flickering, a woman screaming. Stuff like that."

"Have you ever been in that house, Prompto," he questions.

"No way," he replies using hand gestures to make his point. "I'm too scared to go in that house."

"Why the woman seems harmless," he muses lightly.

"There is another person who died there," Prompto says. "Most likely one of the enemy soldiers. You don't believe me do you, Noct."

"I don't believe in haunted houses or ghosts," he replies moving to walk away from the house hands stuffed in his pocket. Prompto doesn't follow him.

"Alright I dare you to stay a night in that house," Prompto calls him.

Noctis pauses lightly a smirk present on his face, "Why should I do something when you are too scared to enter that house."

"You are the one who is curious about the lady's fiancé," Prompto replies. "The only clue to his identity is in that house."

"I'm not that curious, I was just making conversation," Noctis replies. "I would consider going in there, but only if you come in as well."

"Deal."
