This is Xion's P.O.V of the cutscene of 'Riku and Xion', I was trying to improve my first person perpective, and this cutscene deemed worthy, LOL

I woke to the sound of seagulls, crying out in the background. My eyes focused on a figure with long, silver hair and a black blindfold covering his eyes. I inquired hesitantly to the unknown boy "Are you…"

He addressed me after the question was asked "Riku. Sora's friend." My eyes widened in surprised as I sat up by myself "Sora? You know Sora?" I placed my hand on the side to keep myself up off the sand.

Riku pushed himself up, "Yeah," He offered his hand to me and I took it, being tugged up soon after. I gave a weak smile "Thank you. You saved me but I don't know why…" Riku faced me with such accuracy, "you did."

His voice replied with no indication of his true motives as he walked away on the islet, heading to the bridge "I guess…I just felt like it." I gazed down onto the gritty earth, wondering whether if I should ask him. I called out to him "Riku, please…" my hand went up to my chest unconsciously, "Tell me more-" Riku paused in his stride, "About Sora and that girl he's always with."

He stated, "You mean Kairi."

I repeated "Kairi," I placed my hand to my face, "That's right. She's the one who looks so much like me."

Riku approached me once more, "To Sora, she's someone very special."

I walked in the other direction, still talking to him "It's just…I remember things about the two of them," I then revealed, "But I'm nothing more than a puppet, something that someone created." I leaned against the tree, hand pushing against the bark, "So why would I have…their memories?" I turned and asked as my black hair swayed gently "Do you know where Sora is now?"

An immediate reply came from Riku "That secret stays with me."

My cerulean eyes moved away "Why's that?"

Riku murmured "Xion…your memories…" I could hear uncertainty in his voice even thought it was unwavering, "They really belong to Sora."

I rose my head in surprise as I questioned, "So you mean…I'm like a part of him?"

He explained "When Sora's memories were scattered, some of them…" A pain pierced through my head, causing me to put my hand there, trying to bring to a halt it from continuing, "Found their way inside you."

"Now Sora has been put to sleep so that we can try to piece his memory back together except…"

I finished for him "You cant, because part of it is inside of me. That means…he can't wake up." It finally dawned on me. Riku would've been nodding if I had looked up but I couldn't I had to ward off the last remains of the pain.

"Yeah, you got it." The mood changed rapidly to one of hope, "But, if you go with me to Sora right now, we could give back the memories inside you back."

I brushed my hair back from my face as I asked in curiosity, "So, do you hate me for taking your friend away from you?" I was expecting a hostile response but instead I got this.

"Nah. I guess…I'm just sad."

I let out a small, unheard gasp before I said I'm sorry but…I can't go with you, it's my friends-" I curled my hand up as I thought of Axel, Roxas and those days we spend at the clock tower. "They need me. And I need them, too."

I felt a hand on my shoulder and found Riku gazing at me through his blindfold "Maybe, you should take some time and think about it Figure out who really need you more. And where you belong."

I asked helplessly, "How will I know where I belong, truly? I can't promise you that I'll come up with the right answer."

"Well, the answer you come up with cant be right for you, it has to be on that works best for everyone, you and your friends and everyone else." He let go and walked away, his pace steady and slow.

I said to the empty space in front of me "Ill try, thank you…Riku."
