MAD OVER NOTHING
me and Ayumi had a fight recently. I did this without her knowing. It's my way of apologizing. So Ayumi, Gomen gomen gomen. And as much as I want to say I was right, I don't care.
She was mad at him. Mad at him over something silly, in her honest opinion. And yet she couldn't let it go.
Today hadn't been anything special, they were in back in the village and it was having a matsuri, with kaede supervising of course and Kagome forced inuyasha to agree to stay. She had gone home a dressed up in her prettiest kimono. It had taken her an hour to do her hair and another to put her kimono on, insisting all the while to her mother, no she did not want any help and yes she was sure she didn't want any help.
And after all that work she came back. Inuyasha didn't even give her a ' wow, you look pretty kagome' or 'nice hair style it suits you' or even a ' nice kimono.' no all she had gotten was:
"What are you all dressed up for?"
Somewhere inside of her the thought still made her boil. As soon as she had stomped away from him in a huff and ran away into the foest she could hear his desperate pleas. "Kagome! Come back! I don't know what I did but– "
and then she was too far away to hear. It wasn't fair. Even Sango had dressed up and both Shippo and Miroku had complimented her.
"I bet if I was kikyou he would have been acting like a fish." kagome thought in displeasure. She was sitting at the tree she had first found inuyasha.
"Your both beautiful you know." that was inuyasha's voice. She looked up and saw him with his hand outstretched towards her. "And you do look nice. Whatever I did Kagome..." he looked away from her, a light blush dusting his cheeks. "I'm sorry." he turned back to face her, a small smile graced his mouth. A smile that one rarely sees.
Kagome smiled as well. "It wasn't your fault exactly. I'm sorry to." She took inuyasha's hand and they walked together back to the lights of the matsuri, hand in hand.
the end. hope you like it.
