Loving Samantha: Denial

Drabble

Dean Winchester watched with jealous eyes as his sister, Samantha Winchester, flirted with the bartender. He was playing darts when he saw something from the corner of his eye. When he turned to see what it was, he saw the sight was seeing now. Dean definitely was seeing green, but there was no way he'd admit it to anyone - not even himself. Dean saw as Samantha gave the bartender the smile all of the Winchesters were famous for. The brunette man glared at the pair, angered. Why the hell was she talking to him anyway? He was just some loser who didn't deserve her. Nobody deserved her.

She was his, and his only. But then, Dean stopped himself there. What was he saying? Samantha wasn't his! Well, she was his sister, yes, but she didn't belong to him...of course she didn't. It wasn't even right, what he felt for her. It was all wrong. He wasn't supposed to feel the way he was feeling right then and there; Samantha was his sister. But still, he continued to watch the pair, his angry eyes set on the bartender in front of him. His blood boiled when he saw that the bartender grab a notepad and pen and then scribble something down on it before handing it to his sister. But, of course, he wasn't jealous. Of course he wasn't jealous, he was just...over-protective of Samantha. Yeah, that was it.

That was exactly it.

But then, much to Dean's pleasure, he sees the bartender say something to her that made Samantha frown. What made him even happier was that she got up off the stool, ripped up the possible phone number that was written on it and throw it on his face like confetti. But what really made Dean smile happily was that she reached over the table and slapped him - hard - across the face. Samantha glared at the bartender and then walked away angrily, muttering God knows what as she sat at the table that Dean was occupying. He acted like he was still playing darts, he was, but at times, he would sneak small glances at his little sister. All she was doing was ripping up tissues into small, little squares, glaring at them and muttering under her breath angrily.

Dean knew it! He knew that guy was up to no good! That was exactly why he was so over-protective of her, because of guys like him...

...what are you talking about? No, he hadn't just been jealous of that stupid bartender.

Of course he hadn't.

Silent Knight: Ha, wasn't the ending funny? In the beginning Dean is bitching about how Samantha and the bartender are "getting it on" and then, in the end, he says that he wasn't jealous! That guy definitely is in denial! Oh, and if you guys are wondering, no, I haven't started on the sixth drabble, but I have a faint idea about what it's going to be about.

You'll just have to REVIEW and find out. *Hint, hint*

Silent Knight over and out!
