It's really not that complicated
"Absolutely not." Three sets of blue eyes, all in varying shades of blue, stared at you from around the bat computer. You were gently spinning the chair around and around, bored and done with their bickering.
Penguin was on the loose once more, and you offered to use yourself as bait to find his hideout. Hookers were going missing and then reappearing with bombs strapped to their chests, forcing banks and city officials to fill bags with money and give it to the scared women.
You weren't known to the public, you didn't have an alter ego yet or a suit. You were simply in training, more or less. You hadn't decided on actually joining the family business quite yet, three of your brothers were against it. One of them your blood brother, Damian, your mother a ballerina from the Russian ballet. But the others no less loved by you. While the one whose opinion you wanted, wouldn't give you one. Jason sat back in the shadows, watching with his arms crossed as the other three refused to let you give yourself over as bait.
With Batman officially dead, Dick had taken up the mantle of the Bat. Nightwing was 'missing'. Red Robin was starting to be spotted in the city and and robin himself was getting rougher and almost killing his targets. Your brothers were growing harsher as the years grew, but still hadn't crossed that solid line. But Red Hood? Didn't change, his patterns nor his penchant for shooting first and asking questions later. Jason was only here because you'd asked him to be. You wanted him to tell you, in some way, that he supported what you wanted to do. That he would support you, stand behind you. But Jason was Jason, and he either ignored you for your own good or he ignored you because he hated you. You were confused as fuck.
"I'm doing it." Again, you were outvoted from the three voices of Dick, Tim and Damian. Your anger mounting as you finally stopped your spinning of the chair and turned to face them all. Your own bright blue eyes staring them down. "Got any other plans?" You were met with silence.
"Let her do it." Three heads of dark hair turned to the man with white and black hair across the cave, slouching against a weapons rack. His pale blues finding yours and searching for a moment. When he found whatever he needed, he fully stands to face the other three Wayne males. His shock of white hair seemingly glowing in the dim lights from the many screen of the computer.
"No! She isn't ready for that Jason." Dick is the first to speak up now and you roll you eyes. Standing while they continue to argue and yell, Jason simply rolling his eyes and ignoring it all. While their focus is on him you walk around to the platform where your own motorbike sits waiting for you. Done with their fighting and arguing over you.
"Wait, Y/n!" Damian's voice cuts through the cave but you're already revving the engine and shooting down the tunnel that leads to a hidden exit under the city. The taillights of your bike fading from view. Dick and Tim catch the grin on Jason's face while he turns to walk away to his own bike. "You know, you keep pushing her to stay safe and she'll just start acting out." Jason says just loud enough for them all to hear as he slips his helmet back on and starts his bike. "I'll watch her. But it's not that complicated to see she's ready, that she wants this. You all keep pushing her away from it, she might go and do something stupid." Like try to take down the Joker by herself.
