"I'm waiting."
His gaze turned to her and gave her an empty look. He stood there though, silent and strong, just staring at her. He didn't move and was completely still. The room was quiet and still and they only had themselves and the walls to look at and talk to. He knew. She could hear his calm and shallow breathing vibrating through her even though they were a room's distance apart, and she knew that he could feel his. He always knew.
"I'm waiting for a response you stupid snake." She snapped as she started taking short and confident steps towards him, decreasing the distance they had. She was tired of the loneliness and animosity the room gave off of. "I'm always waiting for you to do something, or to stop doing something. I'm always waiting for something to happen- to you, but it's always nothing. Instead I get met up with just nothing or silence. Always" Her voice didn't waver, and poured out strong and demanding. "I'm always waiting and I don't want to wait anymore." She glowered at him.
She was only a step away from him when she stopped in the middle of her tracks and faced him, excepting an answer. He gave none.
With that blank statement, it made her incredibly furious. "I try to act all calm and just a bit civil to you so I understand! I want questions answered but you don't even acknowledge them. You're wasting my time, but I can't help but stand and waste my time with you. Do you know how much that infuriates me? Do you know how much anger I feel when I look at you?" She clenched her fists.
She felt cold.
"Why..." She drifted off, doing a completely 180 from before. Her composure slackened, and instead a new tired face appeared. "Why are we like this?" She asked him. She took a step forward to close the distance a little more and drew her eyes to the floor, insecurely ."Why do we fight?" She questioned her voice shakily. "Or am I just doing all the fighting?" She could feel his breathing, his eyes, and the coolness of the air surrounding him.
It felt good.
"Why?" His dry and husky voice questioned. He sighed, exhaling a breath on to her hair, to her body, and her soul. She could feel it everywhere, his scent. It was absolutely intoxicating, and it sent chills down her spine. She had never this close to him. She could feel the cold fire radiating off him. She could smell his power, his greatness, and himself. "Why must you wait?"
The distance between them disappeared.
He felt hot.

Eh. Absolutely no mention of names in there but it's completely implied, I assure you. I always thought that they would make an absolutely handsome couple so I wrote about them. [Uh... obviously] Unfortunately my writing is extremely rusty considering how long I haven't written anything so I apologize if it's crappily written. Heh. I know the character's a bit out of character and yes... I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing in this section. It suppose to take a few years after all the stuff, and you know... I'm assuming all that between the two have to died down a little.[E X T R A]
"I told you locking them in the room would do wonders! Now we have blackmail material!"
"Are you sure we should be doing this? What if they decided to gang up and well..."
"If they gang up everyone will know something happened between them! Think of all the gossip!"
"I don't know... I don't like it when Nee-chan get mad at us."
"..."
"Maybe we should let them out."
