Hey Guys! Sorry about the errors with the last update, hopefully should be all fixed now. I'm sorry for any inaccuracies within the story, enjoy!

'Hey Siri, what does my calendar look like this week?' Aubrey spoke as she reached up to the cupboard to grab a glass

'You have one appointment tomorrow, Thursday 25th January, at Dr. S Conrad Physiotherapy at 2 pm, would you like me to set a reminder?'

'No thank you Siri'

'Aubrey how many times have I told you I'll get the stuff from the top shelf' Chloe insisted as she motioned for Aubrey to sit down

'Chloe I can still do things for myself you know, you can't wrap me in cotton wool for the rest of my life' Aubrey protested 'And plus I'm going to see that specialist tomorrow, she's the best physiotherapist and prosthetic doctor I could find'

'But you'll still be unsteady for a while, it takes time to figure out walking on a prosthetic leg' Chloe reminded Aubrey

'I know, but I just don't want to be seen as someone who cannot do things for themselves, the mine took my leg, not my stubbornness and determination' Aubrey reminded Chloe.

Even though Aubrey had been living without the use or company of her right leg for going on 6 months now, she was still as determined as the day she woke up in that hospital. She wasn't going to let it get her down.

'Do you need us to come in with you Aubrey?' Chloe asked as Beca pulled into the car park of the physiotherapist

'Chloe, I mean this in the nicest way possible, I am not a child and I can do this'

'I know I know I just want to make sure you're okay'

'I will be fine, I am a grown woman, I don't think anything worse can happen to me' Aubrey chuckled as Beca helped her into the wheelchair.

Aubrey didn't like using the wheelchair, she didn't want people to look at her differently, and a lot of people did look at her. But walking on the crutches was often tiring and exhausting, and today of all days she needed her strength. Getting a prosthetic was not easy work, she needed to learn to walk again, but if Aubrey put her mind to it, she could do it.

'Now will you two go and have some time together' Aubrey ordered as she wheeled over to the ramp leading up to the doors. 'All you've done is look after me, now go!'

After Aubrey left Beca and Chloe to have some quality time together she entered the building and made her way to the reception, the building was newly built and was designed to accommodate all able body people and those coming there for the same reason she was. Physio. Aubrey was adamant she wasn't going to have some bossy old doctor tell her how to move her own body, but then moving became more difficult and as stubborn as Aubrey is, Beca and Chloe had proved to her that she needed to see someone, and that is how she was sat in the overly white office of Doctor Stacie Conrad.

Aubrey was looking through her bag to find her phone to see how many times Chloe had checked up on her when the door to Physio and consulting room 2 was opened, Aubrey didn't look up, there had been many interns and assistants bringing things in and out of the room that she stopped looking up after the 5th person opened the door.

'When I saw General Posen on my patient form I certainly didn't expect you' Aubrey's eyes shot up as Doctor Stacie Conrad spoke as she looked at the blonde sat next to her desk.

'Well the best kind of prize is a surprise' Aubrey smirked

'I'm Doctor Conrad' Stacie announced as she walked over to Aubrey and held out her hand 'but you can call me Stacie' she winked.
