Hello I have come with one more GSR story I would really like some reviews and I might make a sequel if you like it. This is just a short little drabble that just came to me. I HOPE YOU LIKE IT!!
P.S I don't own CSI or I would have never have had Jorja Fox leave the show
Anyway here is…
The letter
One rainy day of Gil Grissom sat in his office trying to think how to repair his relationship between him and his girlfriend Sara Sidle. He decided to write her a letter so he got a pen and paper and started writing.
Saturday August 16 2008
Dear Sara,
I know it has been a bit less than a year without you by my side, but the truth is ever since the minute I knew you left Vegas I have missed you terribly. Everyday that I can't see you, my heart breaks a little more. I know that you don't deserve me, you deserve much, much better than me, I have betrayed you time after time but you always come back for me. Everybody on the team has lost all hope; they just drag through the day, we see no smiles we have no laughs not like we used to. The team misses you deeply. I wanted to chase after my princess but the guys said that you needed time, but all of us really need you. I go to bed wishing there was you beside me resting you head on my chest, but when I'm almost asleep I am all alone. And when I wake up in the morning I roll over and feel where you used to lie. I miss feeling your body next to mine keeping me warm safe and happy. Now at this time you might be thinking that the team and I hate you, but we don't we just desperately want you back, and I will never push you away again. There are so many lovely things I love about you, no matter how you look at yourself. Your beauty, kindness, your gaped tooth smile, but especially when we look into each others eyes and we feel one thing that we've never felt before…love. Sara I love you and I want you back, I want to feel you in my arms the moment I wake up, and I want to be with you for the rest of my life, so what I'm saying is Will you Marry me?
I wish I was there with you to put the ring on, but I guess you'll just have to do it yourself.
I wish you'd come back to dear butterfly,
I love you dearly
Mr. Bug man Grissom
(The one and only)
Grissom figured that was an okay ending. Content with the letter he quickly took an envelope slid the letter in there, then reached into his pocket and took and beautiful diamond studded ring and put it in there too. Then he got up and walked to the nearest mail box and stuffed the package in. Then returned to his office closed the door behind him and locked it and hoped that that letter would do the trick.
A few days later
Sara Sidle had been sitting on her couch eating popcorn for the entire day. She had been wasting away for nearly as long as she had left Vegas, all of a sudden there was a knock on the door, she had almost decided to not get up, but she got up anyway. When she got to the door she found a letter at the door mat. She picked it up and went inside. She read the letter at the end of it she was crying she held up the diamond ring and put it on her finger. After calming down she got straight up and started packing, and making some phone calls. Half way done she stood up and said "Next plane to Vegas I'm on it"
