Tonks' POV

The first thing I noticed was my head. It hurt. No, scratch that, my entire body hurt. What was I doing? Where was I? The last thing I remembered was running throug the castle to find Remus... During the battle. Remus! I opened my eyes to see the tired (and determined) face of Molly Weasley staring down at me.

"Oh, thank goodness." She sighed in relief. "You're finally awake."

"What happened?"

"Amycus stunned you, dear. I think you're lucky to be alive. There isn't-"

"Remus!" I exclaimed, sitting up quickly, but instantly regretting it as the room spun around me.

"-much damage except to your head. You have a mild concussion, but the potion I gave you will have it all cleared up by nightfall. You'll just have to take it easy un-"

"Remus! Where's Remus? He and Kingsley were dueling Bellatrix!"

"Nymphadora," a calm, familiar voice said from my side. "Sweetheart, calm down."

"Remus," I cried, sliding off the table and jumping into his arms. "You're okay." Molly sighed, and I heard her bustle away to where the rest of her family was standing.

I felt him chuckle. "It's you I'm worried about. Amycus is a wicked spellcaster." He lowered his voice to a whisper, and tightened his arms around my waist. "I could have lost you, Nymphadora. I won't taking that chance again.

"You're not going to lose me, Remus," I whispered back. "I'm not going anywhere."

"I love you."

"I love you too. And don't call me Nymphadora."
