For the first time in forever, I'm writing Frozen fanfiction!

Everything related to Frozen is copyrighted by Disney and Hans Christian Andersen!

Ever since he returned from the coronation, the Duke of Weselton has been highly disturbed. At first, he could not figure out why.

Perhaps it was because Arendelle had cut off trade with his country. But other nations have cut off trade with Weselton before, and while it was always very upsetting to him, it did not cause constant disturbance.

Perhaps it was because he was subjected to criticism for what he did at the coronation. But he had been the subject of criticism before, and while he did not like it, he knew that it was just part of being a politician.

Perhaps it was because of the events that occurred at the coronation. But that event was resolved, and while it really frightened him, he came out of it alive and physically unharmed.

After much thought, the Duke finally realized what was disturbing him so much: Queen Elsa. Specifically, the fact that she was alive. There were many people in the world that the Duke felt hostility towards, but there was one major factor that separated her from all the rest: she was a sorceress, and he hated nothing more than sorcery and witchcraft.

One day, the Duke called his bodyguards to his court. He tapped the arm of his chair impatiently as he waited for them to enter the room. Late, as usual, he thought. The two men were not the most competent bodyguards, but at least they were extremely loyal, and did anything that he asked of them without question.

Suddenly, the doors to the court slammed open, and two men walked in. "Reporting for duty, my Lord," one of them announced as they stood in formal position in front of their boss.

"Good day, gentlemen," the Duke began. "I have brought you here today to discuss a topic of dire importance. I assume you both remember Queen Elsa?"

The mention of that name caused the two bodyguards to scowl. They despised that woman's guts, and wanted nothing more than to shoot it.

"I thought so. Simply put, I have come to the conclusion that as long as that witch lives, she poses a serious threat to the safety of everyone in Weselton, Arendelle, and the world. Queen Elsa must be destroyed, and we have a holy duty to eliminate this monster by any means necessary. Now, here is what we shall do..."

Sorry that this chapter is so short, but hopefully it sets up the plot for the rest of the story.

It may be a while before I post the next chapter, so I apologize for that in advance.
