It was the day of the great storm the river nearby was already flowing at high levels. In Hogwarts, some of the teachers were talking about the 1977 flood disaster, which they could still remember. Dark clouds were already racing across the sky ominously. In the midst of all this, Hogwarts stood out starkly against the leaden sky and the forest beyond.
But none of this was bothering Andrew much. He was surprised. By seeing Narcissa to where he was sitting. She was a pleasant girl, always exchanged a few words with him, whenever they met. She sat beside him on the bench. He looked at her. She never made him feel uneasy. He gave her a lopsided grin, "Narcissa, what's the matter?". They both sat silent for a while listening to the wind, which was now becoming more of a roar.
"I think we're going to be flooded.", she said looking at the river anxiously. Then turning again to Andrew "I've had some bad news".
She opened the parchment "There's some news from my mum. And it's not good, Andromeda run off with a squib." She cried a little, " My poor sister will get into a lot of trouble over this". Andrew, was about to comfort here, when there was a commotion just outside the main entrance. Students and teachers were running around because the River had breached its banks.
James Potter, was shouting "Severus Snape in the River", and he's being swept away. "It's all our fault, we did it for a dare" He turned to Dumbledore "What can we do sir?".
