Innocence
Disclaimer: I do not own Friday the 13th
Jason dragged the body from the cabin into the woods. She was 18, blonde hair, clad only in her grey panties. The knife sticking out of her back insured she would never fool around again. Jason left her boyfriend, another 18 year old, in the cabin for their friend to find. Maybe finally they would get the message.
As Jason was approaching the woods, he noticed a small shape standing in his path. As he got closer, he could see it was a little girl, most likely 6 or 7 years old. She had blonde hair, blue eyes, and wore pajamas with technicolor ponies on them.
"Hello mister!" She said completely unafraid. Jason turned his head in confusion. Usually children like her would scream and run the second they saw Jason. The fact that he was dragging a corpse behind him only made her lack of fear even more baffling.
"My name is Ebony. What's yours?" The girl asked innocently.
Jason just stared at the girl for a few seconds before trying to move on. The girl huffed and stood in his way.
"It's rude not to answer people!" She said.
Jason was getting a little annoyed. He figured if he told her his name then she would leave him alone. Problem was, he couldn't talk. Jason thought for a second then got an idea. Using his machete, he wrote his name into the dirt between him and Ebony.
"Jason huh?" Ebony said as she looked Jason over. "Why are you wearing a mask?"
Jason didn't know how to put that in dirt. He hesitated for a moment then lifted his mask, revealing his grotesque face. He expected Ebony to run away but instead she stood her ground and actually smiled.
"That's all? I've seen scarier things on Markipiler's Youtube channel!" Ebony giggled.
Jason tilted his head in confusion. What the heck was a Markipiler?
"You look confused. Don't you watch Markipiler?" Ebony asked. "Oh! That's right. You probably don't get Internet here do you?"
Jason didn't even know what Internet was. He shook his head.
"Hold on! My phone acts as a hotspot!" Ebony ran off.
Now was Jason's chance to leave but something kept him from moving. Something about the girl made him feel at ease. He hadn't felt like this since his mom...
Jason's thoughts were interrupted by Ebony announcing her return.
"See this?" Ebony pointed to a small device held in her right hand. "It's my phone. I use it to watch Markipiler!" Ebony messed with the phone for a moment or two, sat on the ground, and beckoned Jason to join her. Not seeing any reason not to, Jason sat down as well. Through his one good eye, Jason saw a man on Ebony's screen. He wore glasses and had a girlish voice.
(AN: I AM NOT MAKING FUN OF MARKIPILER! I LOVE THE GUY!)
The man had a tiny screen of his own where small animals would pop out, causing him to scream. Ebony laughed every time this happened and Jason was also amused, wondering how someone could be so scared of something that couldn't hurt them. Jason and Ebony continued to watch videos for a few hours. The sun was just beginning to rise when they were finished.
"That was fun!" Ebony said. "Did you like the videos?"
Jason simply nodded.
"Well it's almost morning. I'd better go back to my cabin or the counselor will freak!" Both Ebony and Jason got up.
"I hope we see each other again." Ebony said.
Jason nodded as he grabbed the hair of his latest victim. Dragging the corpse behind him, he marched back into the woods.
"So that was Jason Voorhees." Ebony said to herself. "He wasn't such a bad guy after all."
Meanwhile, Jason was feeling more happier than he had ever been. For the first time since his mother passed, he didn't feel alone. He didn't feel hated. For the first time in the undead killer's long life, he had a friend.
(Just a little oneshot. I'm going to make another revision to my planned fanfics and this time I will deliver! BSC Out)
