Padme Naberrie paced her room. Up and down the floor. She didn't even notice her friend, Sabe, walk into the room.
"M'lady?" Sabe asked as she stepped into the room.
"Sabe!" gasped Padme. "Is he here yet? Has he arrived?"
"No, not yet M'lady," Sabe replied. Padme's face bore a pained expression. "Calm down M'lady, he'll come."
"Oh, I'm not so sure Sabe," Padme began to cry.
"M'lady don't cry!" Sabe rushed over to Padme's side and gave her a hug. "He loves you, he'll come."
"Do you think so?" Padme asked, tears streaming down her face.
"I know so," Sabe replied. Padme smiled. "Now let me help you with your hair."

"I'm late!" Anakin Skywalker thought to himself. "Oh I can't believe I'm late."
The ship he was in shook as Anakin urged it faster.
"C'mon!" Anakin said aloud. "Can't this thing go faster!?"
Anakin sped through the galaxy, dodging other ships and getting some weird looks from passing pilots. Anakin smiled when he saw the planet that was his destination. Naboo. Where the love of his life was awaiting him. Waiting to become his wife. A warm feeling flowed through him as he neared the planet. Getting closer and closer until he was finally there. Nearing his destiny. He smiled as he saw the familiar blossom trees and the home that he and the woman he loved were getting married in. Anakin landed the ship and jumped out.
"I'm finally home," he whispered to himself as he headed inside the house.

"M'lady?" asked one of the handmaidens, coming into the room.
"Yes?" replied Padme.
"He has arrived," smiled the handmaiden.
Padme jumped out of her seat, leaving the book she was reading behind. She ran out of her room and into the hall. She kept running and ran straight into Anakin's arms.
"I'm home Angel," whispered Anakin, before kissing Padme.
"Oh Anakin," Padme sighed, "I've missed you so."
"I've only been gone for two days my love," Anakin laughed.
"Two horribly long days," Padme said.
"And now, today, we shall be married," Anakin smiled down at his bride.
"I was worried you weren't going to come," Padme said, looking up into his eyes.
"How could you think that my dear?" Anakin asked. "Not even a sand storm could keep me from you."
"M'lady?" asked Sabe, stepping into the room.
"Yes?"
"The priest is here."
"Take him to the balcony that is overlooking the lake," Padme said.
"Yes M'lady."
"Are you ready Anakin?" Padme asked.
"I've been ready forever."
The two walked outside arm in arm. They walked up to the balcony and greeted the priest. Anakin looked around at the familiar flowers and took in the familiar smells. He was so glad that this was happening.
"We are gathered here today to celebrate the eternal bonding of two souls," said the priest. Padme looked at him. He wasn't that tall, wearing black clothes and had grey hair. "Do you Anakin Skywalker take Padme Naberrie to be your lawfully wedded wife, through sickness and health, and happiness and sorrow?"
"I do," said Anakin.
"And do you Padme Naberrie take Anakin Skywalker as your lawfully wedded husband, through sickness and health, and happiness and sorrow?"
"I do," Padme smiled.
"I know pronounce you husband and wife," the priest said. "You can now kiss the bride."
Anakin leaned in and kissed Padme, this time as Mr. And Mrs. Skywalker.
"I love you Padme," Anakin whispered.
"I love you too Anakin," Padme replied.
"And I will love you forever," Anakin whispered again.
"Forever," repeated Padme, before kissing him again.
"M'lady?" Sabe asked as she stepped into the room.
