Meeting the Blacksmith
"Erza!" Makorov Dreyer shouted across the guild hall. A head of red hair rose to look at the Master of the guild.
"Yes, Master?" She replied walking over to join him at the bar. The preteen was wearing the heart Cruz armor she had found in the guild armory when she had arrived three years prior. Unfortunately the guild master had noticed that soon that armor would no longer fit the girl and because he saw all the guild members as his children he felt he should inform her on where to go for a new set.
"It is time for you to get a new set of armor. You are getting older and need an armor that is not going to wear out." Smooth Makorov, you didn't tell her she was big, but HE is gonna be pissed if he found out you said it would be worn out... I hope his wife is home next time I see them.
"True... But I do not know where to go to get new armor. Master, do you know?" She replied.
"as a matter of fact, I do. I even know the man who made your armor. I wrote down directions so you wouldn't get lost along with a letter for you to give him for me." He handed over the envelope next to him and the map. Erza looked at the map
"Clover town?" She asked, an eyebrow raised in curiosity
"that's right. I stay with his wife and himself when I go to guild master meetings. You will know it when you see it. It is the only forge in town. Now run along, you will want to catch the next train to make it before close. The letter asks that they let you stay the night." And with that Erza left to meet the mysterious heart crux blacksmith.
As Erza departed from the Heartfilia train line into the small village of clover town she started to look around for the forge. It took a bit of time, but she found it in the far corner of the town almost invisible.
As Erza opened the door she heard a chime and looked around to see several displays of armor and weapons and couldn't help but to admire them. Then she heard shuffling at the back of the display room. She looked up to see a man, about twenty years old, sooty and sweaty. He had bright blonde hair visible even through the grime and three whisker marks on each cheek giving him a foxy grin.
"Hi, welcome to heart crux. How can I help you?" He said with a smile.
