This is basically a little random thing I wrote to see if I can somewhat do Bill Cipher's personality without making him OOC. Heh, not sure if I did it right or not... what do you think?
Also, this is mildly Mabill, though I'm not good at romance so it may come off as dark or sudden. Well... luckily Bill is a sudden character...
This is also very short, and is sort of a one-shot though it could become a multi-chapter story... I'm not sure yet...
Gravity Falls does not belong to me!
"Hello, there, Shooting Star!"
Mabel's eyes widened, and she whirled around in horror. She recognized the voice, and knew fully well who it belonged to. Besides, even if she hadn't recognized the voice, the fact that the area around her became gray would have immediately told her who it was.
"Bill Cipher!" she whispered, staring at the dream demon.
"Yep, that's me!" Mabel felt that if the triangle had had a mouth, it would be smirking.
"What are you doing here?" she decided to try to be brave. She was currently alone in the Mystery Shack, her brother off in the woods searching for something that he'd read in the journal. Grunkle Stan had also wandered off, though she had no idea where. Soos and Wendy weren't around, either.
"Aw, can't I just come visit from time-to-time?" he whined.
"No, especially because you possessed my brother's body and tried to take over my Grunkle's mind!" Mabel stated, lifting herself up to appear taller. Not that it would intimidate the triangle; he was too powerful to care about physical size.
He laughed. "Come on, Shooting Star! Let bygones be bygones or whatever that saying is!"
"Are you kidding?" Mabel was shocked. "You...!"
Bill approached her, and Mabel backed away. "I'm not kidding, Shooting Star~! Let it go, or else I'll make you!"
"W-why do you want me to forget what you did?" Mabel stuttered, and immediately mentally punished herself for stuttering.
"Well, for one thing it'll be easier for me and for you as well," Bill slowly floated around Mabel, which only caused her to become more nervous. Partly because of his words and partly because of what he was currently doing, Mabel wondered if she should try to run away. "Another thing, you can't run away."
Mabel had forgotten that Bill could read her thoughts, and promptly tried to make it blank in order for him not to pick anything up that he could use against her.
"Anyway," he continued, pausing in front of Mabel's face and floating there. He twirled his cane slightly, and stared at Mabel with his one eye. "There's bad things coming very soon, Shooting Star, and you're in the middle of it!"
He laughed, suddenly reaching out and tapping Mabel on the head with his cane, and disappeared.
As soon as he disappeared, the gray around her immediately turned back to normal, but she still heard his words as he called out to her:
"Don't forget to buy gold, Shooting Star!"
...And that's what I came up with. At any rate, it's more of a prologue than anything else. Come to think of it... should I make this into a full story?
Not really Mabill now that I look back at it, though it is sort of curious... hn...
I really hope that Bill and Mabel aren't OOC, though I feel like it sort of is...
