Written for the Diversity Competition on the HPFC forum, for which I had to write a 100 word, next-gen drabble. Please let me know what you think :)

Famous

Albus Potter's dad was famous.

He had known that already, of course he had. Since before he could remember he had begged his parents to tell stories from the war and been enthralled by their tales of basilisks and dragons, daring break-ins and secret armies.

But somehow he hadn't quite been prepared for this.

Whispers followed him down corridors. Whispers of 'That's Harry Potter's son!'

James seemed to love the attention, never missing an opportunity to re-tell one of his parent's stories to a crowd of admiring friends.

But Al wasn't sure he wanted to be just Harry Potter's son.
