A young Goku stood at a cliff edge amidst the cold sea breeze, choosing to brave the elements in nothing but a fighting gi with a blue short sleeved undershirt underneath. His arms were crossed over his broad chest, a small frown present on his features. The wind tousled playfully with his wild hair yet couldn't alter the appearance permanently since it bounced back into its original appearance. He appeared to be in deep thought as he overlooked the clear ocean from his perch.

How long had it been since he had last been in the world of the living? When was the last time he has seen his family and friends in the flesh and not as figments of his imagination? He certainly couldn't remember, whether it was intentional as a coping mechanism or not was anybody's guess however considering how long he had spent within the realm of the Dragons. Sure, he had assimilated his body with nothing but God Ki as a natural adaption to the environment he found himself in, resulting in the mutation of all his Super Saiyan forms, with years spent learning the long-lost secrets of the Dragons, such as their all-powerful language and the technique to change one's form into that of a Dragon amongst other techniques.

The technique itself didn't enhance his already vast power, only altering his physical form into that of a Dragon, however it came with the ability to travel through the interdimensional tunnel that linked all multiverses together, without causing any unforeseen side-effects. He was glad to have been deemed worthy to learn it, yet he couldn't help but feel there was something missing.

Even as he shifted into a sitting position on the cliff edge overlooking the clear blue surface of the ocean, the answer to what exactly it was he was missing just failed to appear. What was his purpose anymore? He couldn't remember since leaving to train with Shenron and his fellow Dragons. Having far surpassed all beings known to him in the universe he had simply lost the drive to train as vigorously as before. His power was so immense, if he lost control of himself it could spell the end of the universe as he knew it. Goku clenched his fist tightly, his knuckles whitening as the air around the enclosed hand shimmered with power.

The Saiyan relaxed his hand whilst he sighed just as a seagull flew by, it's cry being carried along the sea breeze. All his known family members had long since passed into the other world. Some more than likely venturing into fighter's heaven, and others like Chi-Chi and Bulma into normal heaven, and he was thankful that none ended up in hell, well apart from Piccolo. He chuckled lightly as he remembered the long held promise he had failed to fulfil even after so many years. He questioned whether it was worth fulfilling anymore considering how long his friend had spent in the place.

Goku frowned, so many questions yet little to no answers for them presented themselves. A few seagulls flew over the waves, their loud calls mixing with the sound of the waves impacting the shoreline. It was bound to a peaceful night, something he also yearned for as he watched the sun dip into the horizon. Goku knew that peace never lasted, certainly a valuable lesson he had learnt over the years. It required sacrifices, both personal and interpersonal and they weren't easily chosen either making it even more desirable.

The subtle shift in the temperature of the sea breeze broke his musings, presenting Goku with the ever-popular visage of the last rays of the sun painting the sky a brilliant orange that oddly calmed him yet presented another question. Was there anything left for him on this world anymore? Considering how peaceful everything appeared since the unavoidable demise of his friends to time itself, the world had remained at peace since no villains or super powered beings yearned for revenge. Surely there was another world out there for him to explore, face new challenges and present him with some answers hopefully to his questions.

Goku looked to the sky as the first few stars twinkled into existence, a small smile appearing as he reminisced over all the times he would look to the stars for answers, advice he had been presented by his beloved Grandpa Gohan. With the Earth's set of Dragon balls having long since laid dormant after the battle with the Shadow Dragons, that ruled out wishing for a passageway to new adventures. That left the Namekian Dragon balls however considering how long it was since he last set foot on the planet he doubted they remembered him, maybe he was wrong, but he wasn't willing to waste his time. Which left him with one option, turn into his Draconic form and travel through the interdimensional highway.

Goku groaned loudly, he certainly hated having to use the form considering how restrictive it was however he had no other choice with his current predicament. Goku closed his eyes, whilst relaxing his breathing by tuning it to the sound of the waves crashing against the seafront. Next, he began to draw from his latent power causing a white aura to envelope his sitting form. The grass gently blew in response from the power being brought out, creating a clear circle beneath him.

He felt the power slowly enter his veins from within the pool it was held, running through his energy channels and very cells that composed his body. The change was slow, but very noticeable. His simian-like tail grew in length, losing its fur with midnight black scales replacing the shed fur. It grew thicker in size alongside the length as the muscles grew. Goku looked down at his hands, watching as they morphed into reptilian claws with midnight black scales appearing from within his skin before shielding it beneath it's hard exterior. A pained groan escaped his mouth whilst his jaw dislocated before growing in length in tandem with his upper lip to form his maw. His teeth sharpened to a point, with his canines increasing in length.

His hair and ears retracted painfully into his scalp causing him to cry out in pain before his forehead flattened with his eyes shifting position to sit slightly higher than previous. Two small bumps appeared above his eyes before growing to form black horns that curved backwards. Goku's fighting gi ripped along the seams with his body increasing in size, leaving him naked and at the mercy of the cold evening breeze. Larger black scales covered his back and torso, running from his neck and down to the starting point of his tail. Goku's legs getting longer forced him to go on all fours, as two bumps grew on his back, before a pair of bat like wings sprouted from his back. All the while the Saiyan had been screaming in pain before it changed into a Draconic roar so powerful it shook the ground he stood on.

A large flock of seagulls rapidly took to the relative safety of the sky amidst a cacophony of beating wings and frightened cry's. The draconic Goku spread his wings, the large black appendages blending well with the night sky. A powerful gust of wind caused by the sheer power behind the roar spread wide around the area, shaking the very cliff edge he stood on, with pieces crumbling off and falling into the sea below.

He lifted into the air, his powerful wings quickly bringing him amidst the frightened flocks of seagulls. He roared once again, and although not as loud it was still enough to scatter the smaller winged creatures in a flurry of feathers. Goku flew higher into the night sky, the cliff edge he had been sitting on becoming a mere spec in the distance, yet he flew further on.

Draco-Goku opened his maw once more, releasing a roar that shook the sky however this time something else happened. A small orange dot appeared in the distance before growing larger, forming an opening in the sky. He flew through it, before it closed in his wake, leaving the sky and seas silent thus allowing the seagulls to take residence for the night in their nests once more.

The park was silent at this time of night, much different from what it was like during the day but then again not everyone loved the night time. Most of the pathways lay empty and silent, with the lamps proving redundant at the time as they improved nothing, however one pathway was inhabited as it led from one of the many entrances and straight towards the fountain in the centre of the park.

Two young people could be seen walking side by side, both seemingly unfazed by the night time air, especially the girl who made up the other half of the duo with a boy. She had raven black hair, purple eyes and was dressed in a short-sleeved button up T-shirt, with a small black skirt that barely covered her modesty, socks that fell below the knees and black shoes. She looked at peace as the duo walked, however the same could not be said for the boy, with his brown hair and eyes combo. He had dressed up, having taken the cold in mind into consideration; a thin jacket over a black shirt with black slacks and white shoes. He looked nervous, fidgeting ever so slightly with every step yet didn't offer the girl his jacket like a true gentleman.

As the duo neared the fountain with it's crystal clear water being illuminated in the light of the streetlights, the girl broke her position besides her companion and ran towards the fountain, leaving the boy to stand with a quizzical look on his face. She turned to face him, placing both hands behind her back, before leaning forwards. "Say Issei-kun?" she said excitedly, calling out the boy's name. "Yeah?" responded Issei, choosing to stand with his hands down by his side.

The raven-haired girl smiled, before she started walking towards her companion once more. "To commemorate our first date, would you grant me my wish?" every word corresponded with a step taken, thus bringing her closer to Issei with every word, before stopping herself in front of him. Issei looked calm on the outside, however on the inside he was for a lack of a better term; freaking out. 'Could this be…?' he thought, watching as she looked up at him with an innocent look in her eyes, he swallowed the lump in his throat. "What's you wish?" he inquired, keeping his gaze locked with her striking purple eyes.

She laughed lightly, before stating her wish "Can you die for me?"

Issei blinked twice, certainly not expecting such an odd request. "Eh? Um, that is… what?" he responded, cleaning his ear with his pinkie-finger, to show that he didn't quite believe what he heard. "Sorry Yuuma-chan, can you say that again?" he said laughing lightly before continuing "I think I misheard you."

He was silenced as she moved closer, putting her lips near his right ear. "Huh?" exclaimed Issei, nervousness clearly in his eyes as he waited for what she had to say next. His heart hammered in anticipation, whilst his dirty mind was already coming to conclusions. "I said can you die for me?" reiterated Yuuma, her words barely above a whisper but loud enough for Issei to hear. Her date remained silent, before uttering one word "What?"

Yuuma giggled at his response, before separating from her date. Suddenly a pink aura encompassed her, before her white button up shirt disappeared leaving her breasts exposed momentarily until she covered them with her arms.

"What the…" muttered the brown-haired boy, his eyes having expanded at the sight of Yuuma's exposed breasts, even if it was a quick glance. "I saw it! I saw it now, didn't I?" Now normally, any fully functioning human would have taken this opportunity to start questioning things, considering how Yuuma's costume changed into for lack of a better term, a skimpy black leather bra and panties combo that left little to the imagination. However, Issei was no normal human, for he was a member of the Trio de Perverts, infamous for all the wrong reasons. Thigh high boots had now replaced her previous black shoes, and she now had large raven wings sprouting from her shoulder blades. 'Instant form change or something!?' pondered Issei, eyes wide as he looked at the now much older Yuuma.

He tried taking a step back, however his legs refused to respond, leaving him to fall on to his backside. Gritting his teeth, Issei could only look on at the now much older Yuuma, fearful of her next move. Yuuma however remained silent before eventually breaking the silence "I had fun, just for a while" Her voice had lost all pretences of being innocent and cute, now holding a sultry undertone to it, akin to that of a succubus attempting to seduce a hapless human. "To have gone on a date with an innocent little child like you." she continued, not knowing how contradictory her choice of words was considering how Issei was far from innocent. "However, I will treasure what you have bought for me."

Issei remained silent, a battle raging in his mind as to what to do. A part of him, the perverted side teased him into staring at the sexily dressed female in front of his eyes, drowning out the other half telling him to run. Suddenly Yuuma outstretched her left hand, before the air shimmered as a red spear like weapon appeared in her grasp. "Y-Yuuma-chan." Said Issei as he reached out to grab her, however she turned her gaze to the side, before looking at her 'date' from the corner of her eye "Please die." The recently transformed Yuuma then thrust the spear towards Issei's stomach but stopped when someone said, "I wouldn't do that if I were you?"

Yuuma looked around, checking both sides of the road, knowing full well that the voice didn't belong to the whimpering boy in front of her on the verge of passing out. 'Who said that?' she questioned mentally whilst not being able to sense any other energies aside from Issei's. "Whomever you are, you better show yourself!" she demanded, grasping her lance tightly. She heard chuckling from her blind spot, causing her to whirl quickly on the spot and face the direction it was coming from.

Both her and Issei watched as a young man of about 21 years or so walked out from the shadows of the trees lining the walkway and into the light. Yuuma questioned how she hadn't been able to sense him, even though she had swept the area to make sure it was uninhabited by others. However, she couldn't deny how odd he looked, with his wild untamed hair, bright orange fighting Gi top and bottoms and blue wristbands and boots.

"You called?" he retorted, his tone cocky and accompanied by a smirk. He had his arms crossed over his chest, the toned muscles out for view through from beneath the short sleeves of his undershirt causing Yuuma to blush a little, her eyes roaming over his body and taking in all the muscles. Shaking her head, she turned to Issei, a dangerous glint in her purple eyes causing the poor young man to gulp nervously once more as he backed up a little. "I'll deal with you after!" she stated, before thrusting her lance towards Issei's chest once more.

Time seemingly slowed down as the sharp point of the spear moved unhindered towards Issei's chest. Yuuma had a smirk, happy to have completed her task, and allowing her to deal with the witness afterwards. She smiled evilly, oh how she was going to enjoy that one considering how he had scared her before showing to be a weak human. There was a sudden gust of wind which blinded her momentarily, causing her to blink twice before noticing how her hand felt empty. 'Huh? What just happened!?' she questioned, before looking around for her light weapon. Her eyes widened in shock at the visage of the spiky haired human holding her weapon, whilst leaning on it. "H-How?" she muttered, her voice shaky with fear. She wondered how he was able to hold her light spear without hurting himself, considering how it should be burning him, Yuuma then grit her teeth in anger.

"Give that back!" she demanded, momentarily forgetting that she could either recall or disperse the weapon.

Goku twirled the spear briefly in his hand before extending it shaft first towards the female. "Here you go then." Yuuma looked sceptical, eyeing the weapon and questioning whether it was even worth the risk. "You know what, keep it! I can make another one anyways." She added with a smirk, before materialising another like the one Goku held in his hand.

However, while all this had been happening, Issei had sat there on the ground, trying to make sense of what was going on. Hell, he had even thought he was done for when his date, Yuuma had pointed a glowing spear at his chest only for it to disappear and reappear in the hand of the young man who had appeared from the shadows. How lucky right? He certainly wasn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth, considering how Yuuma had her back to him. Getting up shakily to his feet, he wobbled a little before taking off running towards the way he came from with Yuuma, not even glancing back in fear of seeing her chasing him with her wings.

The Fallen Angel sensed as her target ran away "You caused this!" she snapped, glaring daggers at the orange adorning male. Flapping her raven wings whilst growling in frustration she took into the air, attempting to capture her target who was nearing the entrance. Smirking evilly as she neared the running boy, Yuuma prepared to skewer Issei from behind only to gasp in shock as the young man from before phased in the way. Yuuma flared her wings wide, causing her to stop abruptly. She grit her teeth once more, peering over Goku's shoulder as Issei escaped into the night. She screeched as she pointed her lance at her adversary. "I've had enough of your interferences!"

Goku in response simply remained silent, keeping his gaze trained at her. He brought his gaze up once more, watching as the rage rolled off the weirdly dressed woman in front of him. He didn't fully understand what was going on however he wasn't going to allow someone to die when he could prevent it.

Yuuma seemingly calmed down as her rage was replaced by curiosity, his silence causing her to momentarily forget the fact that Issei had got away. "Who are you?" the silence had become endearing, causing Yuuma to break it by asking the main question playing on her mind. A gentle breeze blew through the space between them, tousling their respective hair yet he remained silent. Scowling, she grit her teeth in frustration once more, "WHO ARE YOU DAMNIT!?"

"Why did you try and kill that innocent boy?" countered Goku, completely sidestepping her question. Goku understood that names had power, and as such he wasn't about to give his name away to a random stranger even though her maximum power was miniscule compared to his own, hell there was no one on the planet that could pose a threat to him in his base form let alone if he utilised his Super Saiyan forms.

The skimpy dressed female smirked before addressing the stranger "That's for me to know, and for you to find out." Goku looked at her momentarily, fully well knowing what she implied with her response. Snorting derisively whilst lowering his gaze, he responded "Alright then." The light-spear was then directed towards the female as a signal to initiate a challenge.

The winged female raised an eyebrow quizzically at the response as she certainly didn't expect that kind of confidence from a mere human of all things. She couldn't help but laugh, the difference in their power was vast, she could sense as much; no need for her light weapons, her hands alone would be enough to deal with him however she did have an objective to complete so there was no choice but to use the weapons. She aimed her own spear in response, causing the male to smirk.

Goku then rushed her, aiming low causing her to react by blocking with the shaft. The two weapons collided in a dazzling display of power. Yuuma however found herself getting pushed back with her wings failing to push her forwards 'How is he this strong!?' she questioned, panic slowly seeping in to replace her overconfidence. Goku however noted her lack of concentration and nailed her with a knee to the gut, watching as she collapsed in on herself as the air was pushed out of her lungs forcefully, a solid kick to her cheek sent her spiralling uncontrollably towards the walkway.

"Gah!" cried out Yuuma in pain with spit and blood spewing forth, her momentum causing her to bounce off the concrete. Goku winced as a large crack was left indented in the hard surface. "Might have gone a little too far with that…" he muttered, meekly scratching his check with a smile. He watched as she struggled into a sitting position, her body shaking from the sheer effort it required to complete the task. Yuuma's wings lay limp on her back, her breathing laboured with her chest heaving causing her ample assets to bounce with every heavy breath. her mind raced with questions however, with the main being how a mere human was strong enough to put her out of combat with one knee and a kick. She clenched her teeth as a stabbing pain ran through her abdomen with every breath. she followed his footsteps as they headed towards her before stopping. She bowed her head in defeat, expecting death by the hand of the human.

"Sorry about that, didn't mean to use so much power. Thought I was holding back but I guess I don't know my own strength." Her pupils dilated whilst quivering with fear upon hearing how he was holding back. If that hadn't been his true power, she could hardly imagine his full power. Yuuma looked up as quick as her painful neck muscles would allow, causing her to come face to face with the victor of the quick bout. From their proximity she couldn't help but notice his smile and wide eyes that held some innocence in them. She couldn't believe this guy had defeated her and had the gall to hold back. "Before you end my life may I at least know your name?"

Goku backed up a little in shock, before laughing lightly "I'm not going to kill you silly, and my name is Son Goku. Nice to meet you…" trailed off Goku, expecting her to continue off where he left off with her name. There was a small silence before she replied after sighing. "Raynare."

Goku smiled, eyes twinkling with some joy "Raynare… I like that name." Raynare could only blush and look away in embarrassment, her heart fluttering in her chest "Idiot…" she muttered, voice laced with fake contempt, before shifting painfully into a somewhat more comfortable sitting position, causing Goku to look at her with concern in his eyes before opening his mouth to speak his mind.

"Save it, I'll be fine." muttered Raynare, cutting Goku off in the process leaving him silent. He twiddled with his fingers in a child like manner, catching the attention of Raynare who couldn't believe how someone his age could be acting in such a manner yet a part of her found it cute. Shaking her head to clear such an absurd thought away she prepared to speak once more. "So, do you still want to know why I wanted to kill that boy? After all you won the right to know fair and square, or at least I want to think so."

"I suppose so" answered Goku with his trademark smile, before craning his neck to look at the starry night sky. "It's getting late, we should probably head inside. Do you have a place to go?" Raynare nodded, but then noticed Goku wasn't looking at her anymore and so couldn't see her nod "Yes, I have somewhere to stay."

"Good." Was all the saiyan said before he moved to lift Raynare bridal style in his arms. "W-What are you doing!? Put me down!" demanded the injured fallen angel, a furious blush having turned her entire face red from the position she found herself in. Goku however merely chuckled, "Calm down, I'm carrying you to your house. You're injured after all."

"Tch! Fine then." muttered the female before growing silent as she allowed herself to fall limp into Goku's warm chest. Her body felt weak whilst her eyes felt tired causing them to flutter, however she knew that he would need directions to go to her house.

"Shall we?" It was a brief question which she nodded her consent to, before the air brushing against her face as Goku lifted off the ground somewhat eased her worries, with her mind too tired to question how he could fly without wings like her own.

Goku smiled as he flew higher, he had been in this new universe for no less than an hour or two and he already found himself at the beginning of a new adventure. His heart fluttered with joy, the call of an adventure always having been enough to ignite his spirit. He had no idea what the future held, however considering what he had just occurred, he was sure it was bound to interesting.

I've wanted to write this for so long but never actually had the right idea as to how to introduce Goku into the DxD world, until I remembered that Dragons are a staple in both series and thus Goku had learned how to become a dragon and travel the interdimensional highway, thus allowing him to move between universes. It's a stretch, I know however there is no evidence to prevent the idea from being true.

In terms of strength, there's no comparison. Goku in base form can raze all three main factions to the ground, let alone the Dragons and other religions. However, I plan on adding stronger characters to challenge him in future chapters so please keep a look out for that.

Relationships will be with girls over 18, so that means no Rias or Akeno or Koneko either unless I get enough requests to change it. It will mainly be Goku and Raynare for the beginning however more will join later, haven't decided on who as of now with Grayfia being a possibility as well. Any suggestions are welcome :)
