No POV

The soft pitter patter of rain was heard against the windows of Tokyo, Japan. In one house the Moroboshi family was sleeping peacefully in there beds.

Well, almost all of them.

Lum Invader was in her closet, her hands around her knee's, rocking back and forth. A crack of thunder and a bolt of lightning came and she buried her head into her knees.

She hated thunder storms. they reminded her of her mother, who died by getting struck by lightning. Even Oni can die from that.

She threw her covers over her head while she cried for her mother. She felt it was her fault. If she hadn't been whining for her doll, which had been outside, then she would still be alive.

Just then she caught sight of something yellow.

Ataru's POV

"Wow" I thought

I was on a glourious beach that was filled with people, but not just any people, GIRLS!
I walked up to one and tapped her on the shoulder. "Excuse me miss, but do you-" But when the lady tured around, it was Lum! Then all of the sudden all of there faces turned to Lum! "Darling!" They all yelled. Then they all held up there arms, hands buzzing with electricity and-

I felt a hand shaking me awake.

"Darling?"

I grumbled and pulled the covers over my head.
The thunder boomed outside. She yelped and shook me harder.

"DARLING!"

"What!" I asked.

"Can I sleep with you tonight?" She whimpered as the lightning flashed outside.

That question shocked me. Not what I was expecting.

"Um, but what about your sleep shocks?"

I really hated the insalated suit. She show me her horns. She had the yellow ribbon that sealed her powers around them. My eyes widened.

"You kept that?"

"Yeah... Just in case you... AH!"

Another boom of thunder sounded and she started crying into her hands.
I sighed.

"Fine."

She smiled and crawled in next to me. "Thank you." She whispered into my ear. Her body was warm next to mine. I felt my face flush. She snuggled close to me and slung her arm around me. I flushed even deeper.

"I love you, Darling."

Was the last thing she said before she fell asleep. I was laying there thinking about what just happened. I turned to to look at her and smiled. She looked kind of cute while she was sleeping. I scooted a little closer to her and snuggled into her hair.
