Hola!
If I owned PJO, you would all like me. :)
I sat up straight at the sound of my name being called. Was Annabeth in trouble? She had been gone for awhile. But no. It was just my annoying half-sister.
"Percy, get up. Chiron called a council meeting." Lou said, pulling on her camp t-shirt. Her dark hair was a mess and her hazel eyes, that changed color like every five seconds, were their usual green.
"Lou, why are you getting dressed?" I asked.
"I'm going to eavesdrop. Duh." she rolled her eyes and checked her teeth.
"Whatever." I said. I had tried to be head of the cabin when she came, but she ignored me and didn't give a crap what I said. So I let her be.
I got dressed and met up with Katie and Travis, who were both walking up as well.
"Hey, what's the meeting about?" I asked.
"I dunno. Kates said we better go though." Connor, who had been hiding before, came out and said.
"Connor, it's Ka-tie. Say it with me. Ka-tie." Katie said. I laughed as Connor actually sounded it out with her.
We walked into the Big House. I was about to sit next to Travis, like I usually did, but then I saw Annabeth. My heart jumped in my chest. She was okay!
"Alright brats. Annie Bell here has something to say." Mr. D said, sitting in a chair far away from the rest of us. When he was finally comfortable, he looked at Annabeth.
"Well, what are you waiting for?" he growled. Annabeth sighed and looked around.
"I have spotted Mimas. The giant to oppose Hephaestus. He is setting up base in California. I was scouting, and was almost caught. There is no doubt he is going to attack camp." she said.
"What are we going to do?" Katie asked.
"I think it's obvious." Leo said, his voice had a hint of fear.
"What's that?" I asked.
"Someone has to go on a quest." he said. Then he stood up. "I want to go."
"NO!" I heard Lou's voice yell, then the door swung open and she stumbled in. "Leo, no! You can't go!" she said.
"Why not?" he asked, confused.
"You'll die!"
"Jeez Lou, have some faith in your boyfriend." I muttered. She glared at me. Then she turned to Chiron.
"I wanna go." she said.
"No! I won't let you!" I jumped. Sure the girl was annoying, but I wasn't going to let my only half-sibling get killed for helping her boyfriend.
"So much drama..." Dionysus sighed, flipping through a wine magazine.
"Percy, you do not tell me what to do." Lou said.
"I can and I will." I said. Lou glared at me, then turned back to Leo.
"I'm going whether any of you like it or not. No one can stop me." And then she fled the room.
"I'll go talk to her." Annabeth said. She was one of Lou's best friends. And Lou didn't have many friends. I nodded and Annabeth followed Lou out the door. I sat down with a huff.
"Well, that's two people on this quest. That is, if Leo choose to go." Chiron said.
"I'm going." Leo said.
"Then the go to the Oracle. It sounds like you do not have much time."
