A/N: This is the Prologue, please review and tell me what you think, if I should continue writing it. :)
I don't own Glee or Whitcliffe Mount High (Which is actually my Brothers school and is pure coincidence that it has the same initials as McKinley)
Anyway, my main point. I know virtually nothing about America. I know nothing about the TV shows, the shops, and certainly nothing about the schooling system. So i'm going to pretend that it's the same as here in Britain, except for the bits i already know, because i really dont have time to be doing a bunch of research aswell as writing. Enjoy! (Hopefully...)
"Mr Brown?" Ella asked tentatively as she put her head around the door of Whitcliffe Mount High's music room. "Could I-" She stopped when she realised the man sitting in the corner strumming happily on a guitar wasn't the stony faced music technician who usually allowed her (albeit grudgingly) to use one of the practice rooms to eat her lunch and play the piano and saxophone.
The man looked up from his corner, she scanned his face quickly, deciding whether or not she should just leave. His warm, golden eyes, curly black hair and stickered guitar gave her the impression she could stay.
"Oh" He said, smiling. "You must be the one Rich told me about. I'm the new music technician – call me Blaine - he said you normally come up here on a lunch time, you-"
"I can go if you want," Ella interupted quickly. She stared at him, she wasn't used to people being this nice to her.
"No, no, it's fine, I was just thinking that surely you have better things to do with your lunch times? Don't your friends want to see you?" Blaine stopped, noticing he must have hit a nerve when the girl infront of him looked down at her shoes and started fiddling with the corner of her hoodie.
"I erm… I don't really have any…" She mumbled.
There was an awkward pause.
"Well… do you need help practicing? You're welcome to use any of the rooms as far as I'm concerned" Blaine reassured her.
"I'm fine thanks, I'll just…" She motioned toward one of the adjoining doors to the practice room. Blaine smiled and nodded, and she went inside.
