Found poem for Zevie Day. Zander wants to be with Stevie, and she knows it too, but she feels like she isn't good enough for him to the public's eye, so Zander decides that she needs to learn that he doesn't care about being watched, and it shouldn't bother her either.

*Found poetry is a type of writing created when a poet takes lines of text from a piece of already published literature to create an all new poem. In this case, I used lines from a plethora of different songs used in How to Rock,including the song "Crazy", despite being merely a cover instead of an original. I do not own any of the songs that I used nor the characters that I am trying to convey the emotions of.

Caught in mid-air, mouth wide open, I'll close my eyes.

You're singing in the rain, right there, dancing.

Is that someone in the mirror?

Ties don't prevail.

I'm a beast; you don't want to be a wannabe.

Life's too short to worry, but you're a star, and the moon is full tonight.

Is that someone in the mirror?

Your body's got a way,

But I don't want to be beautiful,

Don't need a plane, a diamond, but I've got something that you like.

Is that someone- someone dancing in the mirror?

Losing my mind,

There's something different about the way that I smile.

There's something different about the way that I move,

And maybe I'm crazy, but I'll be right there with you, dancing in the streets, in this town-

In the mirror.
