A/N: This is a just for fun Christmas present for M/L Shippers everywhere. Enjoy !
'Twas the night before Christmas
And deep in the night,
Seattle was sleeping
A blackout – no light.
Joshua was tucked up
All safe in his bed,
While visions of Ham Hocks
Danced through his head.
And Max in her leather
Was with Logan in his chair.
Together but separate
Each full of despair.
When on Logan's skylight
They heard a great noise;
Max jumped to attention
Could it be Ames' boys?
The moon shining brightly
Cast down a soft light,
And Max's eyes opened
At the strange wondrous sight.
A rope swung there gently,
And there at its foot
Stood a little old Santa
With a bag full of loot!
Logan had joined her
His eyes open wide,
As Max stood there frozen
Arms by her side.
Now Santa reached quickly
Inside his big sack,
Mumbling and searching
For just the right pack.
Then pulling a black bag
Out, with a wink
He tossed it to Logan
Saying "It is what you think"
He watched as they opened
The square little case,
And looked up in wonder
Smiles on each face.
A gleaming new needle,
A round little vial,
He nodded and told them
With a big smile
"It's good until morning
Until the first sun.
Now I'm on a schedule
Good luck and have fun"
And laying a finger
Aside of his nose
He grabbed on the rope
And quickly he rose.
Then lying together
In soft candlelight,
They looked out and heard him
As he flew out of sight
"Merry Christmas to All and to All a Good Night"
