I guess you would say she loved Wally a little too much. Her heart hurt every time seeing Roy I and II, Bart in his Kid Flash costume, and any red head with green eyes. But it wasn't her fault the idiot made her feel this way; it was one Wallace Rudolph West. And he just had to be a hero and die.

But she never regretted giving her love to him, though sometimes she would ask herself 'Why do I put up with him?' Every time her conscious would then scream at her 'Because you love him. Stupid archer girl.' Sometimes her subconscious was a real bitch. But she was one herself.

She missed him so much. The way his red hair would sometimes fall into his green/emerald eyes, the way he would blush as red as his hair when they became intimate even after doing many times. His appetite, she would always be making too much food, out of habit, but Bart was more than happy to help her get rid of.

It seems like everyone she loves leaves her, first her Mom. It wasn't exactly her fault but she still left her with her stupid father, but I least she got her back, sort of. The Jade left, and felt like she would never get to her Wonderland. She got her back too, but she wasn't the same Jade anymore, she was different in a sense, wasn't her partner to get to Wonderland. Now it was Wally. This one hurt so much and she wishes that one she will get him back too, she could go on and on about how much she loved him but eventually she would run out of time to list them all.

So when an archer dressed more for a runway then fighting, she got a protégée. Her name was Cissie King-Jones, or Arrowette in the crime fighting field. She grew to love her like a daughter. Cissie was adopted by her a couple months later and Cissie insisted that she change her last name to Crock. She became Cissie's mother, and Cissie took up calling her mom after a while.

She was very protective of her, as would any mother. She was happy when Cissie and Cassie became best friends along with Annabelle. She and Zatanna would girl talk in Zee's room while Cissie, Cassie, and Annabelle had a sleepover in the living room or Belle's room. But she got very protective of Cissie when Bart started trying to go on a date with her.

Maybe Artemis had opened her heart a little too much, but she was ok with that because she had her female half of her family, new family in the Team, Cissie, and it allowed having Wally in her life. So she fine admitting that maybe she did love a little too much. Hopefully the child of her and Wally's growing her wouldn't mind it.

I had to do something I sort of want to write a few chapters for my other stories first, Annabelle is mine from my story Caged But Not For Long, so you don't have to read it to understand this but it would help a bit. So hope you liked it even though I have no idea what it's about and I wrote it.
