I never thought when I first met you
That we could fall in love
My mind was telling me one thing
But my heart wanted to do another.
I never thought when I first met you
That you could take my breath away
I wanted so badly to fall into your arms
But logic told me otherwise.
I never thought when I first met you
That you could complete my life
I knew that I needed someone to love
But I had lost hope.
Now that destiny has had her way
Now that love has connected us both
Now that my dreams have all come true
I smile every time I look at you and say
"I love you Coop."
