Chirping... stupid birds... why do they have to chirp in the morning? I want to
sleep... Why can't they chirp in the afternoon, when everyone is up and
going?... Well, most people.
The young girl continued to lie in her soft bed. Her long silver hair scattered across her bed, her amber eyes shut blocked the sunlight that streamed threw her open windows. Opening her eyes, she looked over at her door.
Footsteps could be heard walking down the hall towards her bedroom. Ignoring them, she took the pillow out from under her head and put it over her head. Immediately, she fell back asleep.
Her door opened to reveal a tall, handsome figure with long silver hair that trailed down his back, emotionless amber eyes, and a masked face. Wearing his everyday white attire that consisted of baggy white pants and a baggy white jacket. Silently, he made his way over to the sleeping girl.
"Ayami. Wake up." He said in an emotionless tone. Ayami didn't even make a move as to hearing him.
Right then, another form walked into the room. He also had long silver hair that trailed down his back, amber eyes, but had an agitated look upon his fare face.
"Will she ever wake up when we are?" the agitated young man asked frustrated.
"Perhaps not. Ayami."
"Forget it, Sesshomaru. She's not going to get up. Let father deal with her."
"Unlike you, Inuyasha, I do not give up as easily as you. Full breeds seem to have better methods of succeeding their goals, than half-breeds such as yourself." Sesshomaru said icily.
Inuyasha's frustrated features turned into looks of anger and hatred. He didn't like it when his brother referred him as a half-breed.
"I already told you, Sesshomaru, it's not my fault I am a half-breed. It's mother and father's fault. Father never should have gotten married to her. So stop making fun of me." Inuyasha said threw gritted teeth. Eyes flashing with anger, he stormed out of the room.
Sesshomaru smirked at his brother's antics to try to tell him to stop making fun of him. He wouldn't listen; he would never stop teasing him. 'Inuyahsa knows that I'm better than him.'
Inuyahsa returned a few minutes later, carrying a bucket of cold water.
"What is that for?" Sesshomaru asked.
"Obvious. It's to wake her up. Duh." Inuyasha said in a 'no-shit-Sherlock' tone.
Sesshomaru just stared at him. Stepping aside, he allowed his brother to pour the water on his sister.
Cold... Why is it so cold?
Ayami opened her eyes as Inuyasha poured the last of the water on her. Sitting up right, she glared at her brother.
"INUYASHA! SESSHOMARU!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. Both Inuyasha and Sesshomaru flinched at her load scream.
Picking up a nearby nightstead, she chucked it at the two of them.
"Oh shit!" Inuyasha mumbled and ducked. Sesshomaru mearly moved as the nightstand collided with the wall, causing a huge hole.
"GET OUT!" She yelled and picked up the nearest things that were big and heavy to throw at her brothers.
Inuyasha ducked for cover and ran out of the room. Sesshomaru just walked, dodging the flying objects that could severely hurt someone.
Once they had left the room, Ayami calmed down a bit.
"Oh crap." She mumbled as she noticed the huge holes she had made in the walls.
"Father is going to kill me." She mumbled as she fell back on her wet bed. Throwing a pillow in frustration, she got up to get ready for whatever the day was going to bring.
