SUMMARY: What happens when Buffy comes back?
Chapter 1: Back Again
It had been a year since Faith had helped defeat the first. She had settled in Los Angeles, trying to help Angel with Vampires and Demons. Without his knowing, of course. She didn't feel much like dealing with people since Buffy left. In fact, nothing was very fun anymore. All she ever did was go patrolling, Maybe pick up guys once in a while.
Now, though, it was around 9:00 P.M, and Faith was on patrol.

"You bloodsuckers just get weaker and weaker every day." Faith sneered, sending the vamp flying. He growled and charged at her again. "Stupid, too." She said as she dodged him, and threw her stake into his back, dusting him.
Slowly, she began to feel the warm, tingling she felt when another slayer was around. 'Impossible.' She thought. This feeling distracted her, giving time for a demon to run out, and get a good hit it.
She flew backwards, crashing into a tomb. 'Shit.' She thought. 'This one is strong!' She could still feel the warm tingle, and very strongly, but she couldn't risk being distracted right now. This was one powerful demon.
She got up and ran at the demon, kicking it square in the stomach. It didn't even budge. Before she could move, she was side swiped on the head, again knocking her to the ground. She rolled over and looked up, just in time to see a sword coming straight at her. She rolled quickly out of the way, just as the sword connected with a tombstone, shattering it to pieces.
She jumped to her feet, stake in hand. In one swift movement, she threw the stake toward its chest. To her surprise, the demon swung his sword with the same amount of speed, slicing the flying stake into splinters .
'What the hell.' She thought. All she had left was her knife, which she didn't want to lose. So she decided that she wasn't going to use it. She would use his.
She flew forward at the demon again, this time kicking his wrist, causing him to drop the sword. She managed to grab it, before she was picked up, and again thrown against a tomb.
She got up as fast as she could, and swung the sword at him with all her might, only to have the demon stop it, blade first. "Damn. You got some powerful juice, huh big guy?" She panted.
She spun around, to go up for another kick. The demon grabbed her foot, and lifted her again. She didn't even have time for form a thought as she saw the tomb coming fast. She hit hard, head first.

After quite a while, she felt the warm tingly feeling right above her, and soon after, a voice.
"Faith!? Faith! Are you okay? Wake up!"
She groaned in reply as she rolled on her back, realizing just how much her head now hurt.
"That's a bitch." She mumbled, almost incoherently.
She grabbed her head, and tried to open her eyes. Suddenly, she felt someone pick her up, and start walking.
"You need rest."
She knew that voice! But it couldn't be. 'Its not.' She thought. Her eyes flickered open, and stared at the person carrying her.
"Buffy!?!" She cried, so startled she fell out of her arms, and once again fell to the ground.
