"Stupid Dane." The words were softer than usual and the small blonde did his best to hold back his tears.

Though his face remained stoic, Denmark knew better. He could see his glassy eyes and reddening nose. The tone of his voice as well as the way he spoke it.

"I'm sorry, Norge. I couldn't get you the book you really wanted but I hope you like this one just as much," Denmark said.

Norway stared at the front cover. A large red book with two crossed white lines, one with a blue line over it, creating a mixture of the Norwegian and Danish flag.

He opened the large book and was met with a picture of the two and words.

'Since our paths met.'

The next page was littered with more pictures of the two when they were younger, some mostly drawn.

'I felt joy'

The next page had a picture of the two hugging each other.

'I've felt sadness.'

He turned the page and was met with a picture of the two in their Viking outfits.

'We have seen hard times'

The following side held a page of Denmark holding a small Iceland on his shoulders with Norway beside him.

'But we made it through'

He turned the page and looked at the picture of the entire group together.

'And though we are all together. Noone makes me feel like you do,'

Norway turned the page to find it littered with pictures of the two of them.

'I love you, Lukas. May we always be together.'

He felt the first tear fall. 'Just like we always have been.'

He flipped through the pages finding more pictures and small items taped on, like a small leaf or a piece of Lego. He reached the final page and stared at the words.

'Happy Valentine's day.

From: Matthias'

He shut the book and looked up coldly at the large blonde who smiled at him. "Oh! I forgot the bow!" He yelled as he rushed off. He came back and Peeled the paper off the sticky end before attaching it to his forehead.

"Happy Valentine's day, Norge."

"Do you come with a reciet just in case I want to return you?" Norway asked. Denmark only smiled goofily. "No givesies backsies!"

"You know. Normal people give chocolates or a card," Norway said.

"But we aren't normal." Denmark smiled before being tightly hugged. Norway buried his face into his chest as the tears fell.

Denmark wrapped his arms around him, feeling him tremble slightly. "There there. I'm glad you liked it," he said patting his back soothingly.

"Wait! Don't blow your nose on my shirt!"

"Agh, gross. Can't you do that somewhere else?" Iceland asked as he walked into the scene.
