Xemnas Does What?!
As the members of Organization XIII went about their daily businesses, in a certain part of The Castle That Never Was, music could be heard. It wasn't the type of music you would expect either. The music that was heard, was that of the Nutcracker Ballet. The sound of it beckoned Roxas to follow it. The young Nobody soon found himself in front of his leader's room; the source of the music.
Slowly Roxas opened the door, only a crack. He was too curious to turn back now. But the dirty blonde was not quite prepared for what he witnessed. It was by far the strangest thing he had ever encountered in his days in the Organization.
There within the walls of his personal room, Xemnas was jumping and twirling about. He was graceful and barely made a sound as he danced so girlishly. Roxas had no clue how to react to such a scene. Slowly he closed the door and tiptoed back down the hall. Soon after he broke into a run and went to find Axel.
"Axel! Axel!" he shouted frantically.
"Yo, Roxas," his friend replied, "What's up buddy?"
"I just saw…" the younger one panted, "Saw…Xem…Xemnas…I saw Xemnas doing bal…ballet!"
Axel stared at Roxas for a moment. Silence coming over them. And then, laughter. Axel fell to the floor laughing, "Oh man Roxas! You're hilarious!"
"I'm serious!"
"Serious about what?" the voice of their leader came from behind the boy.
"Uh, serious that…I um…I just noticed Kingdom Hearts is behind the couch!" Roxas thought quickly rubbing the back of his head sheepishly.
Xemnas didn't seem amused and walked away. Roxas gave a sigh of relief, staring at his friend who was recovering from his laughing fit.
"Roxas, maybe you should lay off the ice cream for a few days…"
"I'm tellin' ya! I wasn't hallucinating!" Roxas shouted as Axel walked away, thinking his friend was totally crazy.
