So, uh, this is my first story ever. So be nice please? :) There will be brittana and faberry if I can get to that part. This will be under Sue and Shelby because they are the main characters. I heard of them being together in another fic I read so I just ran with that idea. So Read and Review please. I am in high school though so I might not be able to upload a lot (if people actually like this story) But, I've talked too much so. Enjoy :)
Chapter 1
It was a beautiful summer day, it wasn't too hot and I had just gotten back from being out with friends. That was the first thing wrong with that day. You see, my parents never let me go out with friends because they don't approve of my friends. But there they were. Sitting at the kitchen table facing the front door, as though they had been expecting me. "Sientate," as I sat there between my parents I was expecting the worst. "Lee esto," Two words spoken with less emotion than a conversation over the weather. How would I have known I'd reading my adoption papers? Signed by two women in Ohio who wanted to be my mothers. "¿Que es esto? ¿Es una broma? Dime que es una broma!" How could someone adopt me? I already have parents. Oh God, are my parents being deported? "No entiendo, ¿Por qué me están adoptando? ¿Van a ser deportados?" By this point I was openly sobbing, why can't I just go with them if they're being deported? "No, no vamos a ser deportados," my father looked apprehensive. But if they weren't being deported why in the hell was I being adopted? He glanced at my mother before continuing, " Pero," my mother interrupted him, clearly unhappy with his pace. "Es solo que ya no queremos tu asquerosidades aqui. Hemos tratado a ayudar te, pero sigues volviendo a tu vida estupida y ya no lo vamos a aguantar aqui." How can she say this to me, I thought I was her baby girl. Her shining star. "So now what?" I was never good at arguing in Spanish, plus I knew they could understand me. "You decide I'm some sort of abomination and sign me off to some strangers? In Ohio of all the places in the freaking world!", "Si." That was the last conversation I ever had with my parents, biological parents. The next morning my sister and brother drove me to the airport. My bags were packed last night by the time I had gotten home, they had put this off until the last minute, literally. After a tear filled goodbye with the only people I knew loved me unconditionally. I met the two women who would become my new parents. My moms. There was at least three more hours until the flight would leave so we sat down at a nearby café to get to know one another more. I wished my siblings hadn't left, but my sister had work and my brother had school. My old parents didn't even wake up to see me off. But I had to put that behind me, these two women sitting across from me are going to be my new parents, hopefully better parents.
