As the carriage pulled to a halt, Dannyl sighed. It had been a long day and he could finally relax with good company. Stepping out he marvelled at the library, it was a wonderful sight, and he never tired seeing it. Unfortunately he had to pretend he was here on official business, pretending to search books which may have information on Black Magic, after having found one in Dem Marane's possession. It did however give him an excuse to be here everyday, and he didn't want to arose any suspicion, which he loathed. He loved Tayend and didn't want to have to hide it, but he had to, if he wanted to keep his position as Guild Ambassador. It was quiet when he entered through the doorway, he had expected a warm welcome and a glass of wine, but it seemed that Tayend was caught up in the gloomy depths of the bookshelves somewhere. However before he wandered the corridors, he went to check their room. As he approached, he saw there was light, but as he peered inside he found no-one. Something caught his eye as he turned, and he looked back. On the floor lay a red petal, looking closer he found it to be one from a rose. There next to it sat another! There was a trail of them heading down the small corridor which led to a small storeroom. Investigating, he followed the trail all the way to the door, and found that it carried on underneath the door. Slowly opening the door, he found the room wasn't a storeroom anymore... And there on a bed lay Tayend covered only in petals!! Dannyl felt his eyebrows raise higher than he had felt before, and felt his heart rate quicken instantly.

"Tayend! What are you doing?!" Dannyl yelped.

"Waiting for you!" He said through a huge grin

"But.."

"Ah! Before you say a word, Irand is out, there is no-one here but you and I. Now get over here"

Dannyl stood wide eyed in complete shock. What on earth was Tayend playing at! A little voice in his head told him Tayend wouldn't do something like this unless it was safe. Suddenly he found himself slowly grinning back at his lover, and went to join him on the bed.
