Voldemort was defeated but at a cost everyone jay potter loved is dead harry,Nymphadora and so many more and to top it off Dumbledore got him thrown into prison on the pretense of use of dark magic jay potter is currently rotting in a cell in the deepest reaches of Azkaban alive only through his iron will and powerful magic so powerful the dementors are scared of him he's sitting in a corner with his cell mate Bellatrix Lestrange they came to a mutual agreement of non hostility he looked at her and then looked away he gazed out of his cell to the door which clicked open and out stepped Dumbledore and minister bones who looked sullen and looked at me and sulked even more a pang of guilt rang throughout jay but he put it off and snarled at Dumbledore who glared at jay in disgust jay growled and got off the floor and asked dryly "what do you want Dumbledore "he replied with that twinkle in his eyes "were here to get you out "I asked suspiciously "why what do you need me for this time actually let me guess you need another martyr so you can kill some one and take the credit "I glared in open disgust at Dumbledore who had visible rage in his eyes jay smiled innocently and said"so what do you want "Dumbledore quickly recovered and said"we want to send you back in time so that you can stop all of this from unnecessarily happening I gave a predatory grin and accepted he replied "excellent now get ready we are sending you back to your first year a few changes have been made to the timeline though that madam bones said you should be aware of miss potter or Tonks in this case is going to be the same age as Harry so eleven and you should get ready " I replied a certain hope in my voice "I'm ready "madam bones smiled and nodded to Dumbledore who cast the spell and I was flung back in time to my first year me and Harry are at gringotts with Hagrid I nodded to Harry who distracted Hagrid by asking a bunch of questions I snuck off and asked a goblin in gobbledegook "hello sir may I ask a question "he looked surprised but replied "go ahead human"I said"Thank you sir I was wondering I'm a potter and I was going to ask if any withdrawals were made to my account in the last decade or so"he nodded and looked over a scroll and said"Yes there has been several withdrawals over the years from the potter account by one Albus Dumbledore "I growled and asked"is there a way to stop him from having access to my vaults"he replied " well yes but that would require emancipation and that's a lengthy process "I nodded and said with steel in my voice "Do it" he nodded and brought me to a room I filled the bowl to the side with my blood the wound healed quickly I walked to the magical spring in the middle and submerged in it I waited till I fainted by lack of oxygen which took a solid twenty minutes I woke up and pulled my head out of the pool I looked on the walls to see multiple crests alight I asked the goblin "what do all the crests mean" he told me they represented all the magical families of Britain and other close European countries I was related to numerous magical families I looked and took ownership of all of them officially emancipating me I looked to the wall and saw my magical abilities

I was surprised by what I had at my disposal I didn't realize Dumbledore had blocked of so much of my magic I walked out with ownership over numerous houses and so much magic at my disposal a smirk permanently displayed on my face I arrived as Hagrid and Harry got off the cart then Hagrid asked"were hav you been we were lookin everywhere for ya"I said"I was talking to someone I knew anyway let's go" We walked got our supplies and went to ollivander Harry got his wand then ollivander turned to and said"hmm you will be difficult just then I reach out and a wand shoots into my hand ollivander looks on speechless I give the wand a flick and it's good I ask "how much for the wand"he stuttered"n-no charge my Merlin that wand once belonged to Morgana la fey herself the most powerful dark witch or wizard in history I expect great things from you "I nod and we walk out we head to Magical Menagerie we walk in and I find a magical raven which I buy and said"now what to call you how about Thanatos"it made a pleasant croak in acceptance I also ask to see the special pets I find a magical snake it's a cross between a half basilisk half black mamba and a magical inland taipan it had the power of the basilisk with the murderous or petrifying stare with the poison of both the Basilisks and the inland Taipan making it even deadlier I asked it " Hello do you want out of this hellhole" it replied"I would enjoy essssscape very much but you sssssseem like a very powerful wizard I would love to be bonded to you assss your familiar" I said "you would be incredibly useful so yes that would be wonderful but I'm going to have to sneak you out seeing as they would defang you and get rid of your venom and we can't have that now can we"it nodded and I got it out of its cage it curled around me I walked over to the saleswoman and she asked "see anything you like"I nodded and got the raven I walk out a smirk etched on my face Harry raised an eyebrow I mouth I'll tell you later we finish shopping and we prepare for the Hogwarts Express
