"Where's Dumbledore? I need to see Professor Dumbledore."
"Harry, Harry. Wake up you were talking in you sleep. You know Professor Dumbledore died a year ago."
They had this conversation a lot after dark. Harry was always having nightmares about his life and his past at Hogwarts. Even though he was growing up and had left Hogwarts, he still thought and dreamt about it. Hermione always had to run in and calm him down. She didn't mind though as she was one of the only people who understood why. This is why she and Ron had gone to live with Harry after he had left Privet Drive.
"Hermione, is that you? Harry called into the darkness?" He was then blinded as his bedroom light was turned on and there was Hermione. She was the greatest comfort to him as she had shared all the adventures and had always helped him through. Especially when Dumbledore had died, Harry had taken it very hard but she had been there for him.

When Harry, Hermione and Ron had been in their sixth year, many changes to the school and the magical world had occurred. Voldemort was getting stronger and stronger but Dumbledore had managed to dampen the affects so far.
Harry was still getting bad shooting pains in his scar but as the time went on; he didn't notice them so much. Voldemort had tried to kill him many times, but each time he had failed and Harry was getting used to the new security measures taken to save him from the Dark Lord.

"Harry, are you alright?" Hermione asked him after she had turned his bedroom light on. She and Ron were worried about him. They both wondered whether they should send an owl to Sirius but Harry would act fine if he came round. That is what was bad about Harry; he could never except help if he felt ill or had a nightmare. He always had to struggle through these things on his own except that Hermione and Ron were always there for him.
"I'm fine!" replied Harry. "I just had a nightmare."
"You're having these nightmares, more often than usual." said Hermione. "Should we contact Sirius?"
"Yes. That's a good idea and then he can come round to the house and tell me that they are from my memories of the past and he can't help. That's such a good idea."
"I'm sorry, Harry. I just don't know what to do. You never told me and Ron what happened and so I can't help you."
"If I tell you, you can't tell anyone else. I mean it, I need your help and for once I am actually asking for it. I can't go on with these nightmares. They are driving me insane and I hate remembering what happened. In the dreams it all seems so real."
"I promise I won't but can Ron hear this as well?"
"Yeah call him quickly before I change my mind."
As Hermione went out into the hall to call Ron, Harry remembered something that Hagrid had told him just before he left. He had said I know how you feel about losing Dumbledore. He was a great man but don't throw your life away thinking about what could have happened if you had done something different. You followed orders Harry and Dumbledore was very proud of you. Thinking about this made Harry want to cry but he wiped the tears away and swallowed, feeling a lump in his throat and sat up. He watched Ron with a bemused expression on his face, walk into the room and sit down with Hermione following.
"Why are you telling us now about what happened Harry?" asked Ron puzzled. Harry had never told anyone except Hagrid what had happened that day.
"I don't know" replied Harry. "Maybe if I do, these nightmares will stop haunting me."
"It all happened in the sixth year. You know how much pain I was in from my scar. Well that was because Voldemort was getting stronger and you all knew that. What you didn't know was that Dumbledore had told me what he was doing and Voldemort was trying to be immortal."...
