THE LIST
A/N This is one of the times where I make Chrona a girl ^_^
Kid put his head on his hands as he typed his username and password into the respected sections.
He never really cared for Facebook 'till Liz and Patty got on his nerves with it.
He didn't get the point. If he see's Black Star, for example, everyday, why would he want to see his annoying posts 24/7.
He scanned the screen.
One message.
He clicked it and read it quietly.
'Hiya Kid! Click this link. Maka's been bugging me to tell you and I just remembered.
-Liz'
Kid looked at the time the message was sent and the actual time.
"You could've just told me! You don't even have to get up!" Kid shouted.
She walked up to him, smiling.
"Cuz I knew it would piss you off," she said as Patty bounced up behind her.
He rolled his eyes and clicked the link.
It was a page….
'Cutest boys in DWMA Academy form Greatest to Least'
Liz eyes widened and she covered the screen.
"Um?" he said.
"You don't want to see that," she said.
He raised an eyebrow.
"Why?" he asked.
"Cuz you'll get all depressed, " Patty said giggling.
"Move. Now," he said icily.
She shrugged.
"I tried."
He scanned the list.
His eyes widened.
He read it again.
"No way…" he said.
"Toooolllddd ya!" Patty laughed.
Chrona walked up to Liz at lunch.
"Hi," she said.
"Hey," Chrona said eyeing Kid who was obviously depressed, "what's his deal?"
Liz shook her head.
"It's stupid. Just go see if you can cheer him up," she said exasperated.
Chrona blushed.
"Why me?"
"Because we all tried to cheer him up and it's your turn," she said pushing her towards Kid's empty table.
"Er….Kid?"
He looked at her and looked back down.
"What's the matter? Did someone give you something…" she thought of the right word, "unsymmetrical?"
He frowned.
"No."
"Did someone get hurt?"
"No."
"Did you get a failing grade?"
"No."
"Are the pictures in your house bugging you?"
"Oh, Lord no."
Chrona sat down.
"Then what's your problem?" she asked clearly annoyed.
He pushed the paper towards her.
She read it quickly and stood up.
"I can't believe you Kid!" she shouted.
He finally looked up, surprised.
"I can't deal with depressed people. I can't deal with stupid things like this," she grabbed his shoulders, "and I can't deal with seeing you sad!"
By now, some people were staring at red faced Kid.
She took the list and ripped it down the middle.
He smiled.
"Thanks."
She smiled back.
"And if it's any consolation, I voted you were the cutest."
