I was in a really depressing mood so I thought I would write this.

WARNING! do not read if you don't want to cry!:(

Pain surged through Amu's chest, blood glistened down her white shirt, staining it crimson red and pooled at her feet.

Ikuto's face was stained with tears and anguish crept over his features.

Amu looked down at her chest and just above her left breast was Ikuto's gleaming claws straight through her creamy flesh, piercing her rapidly beating heart, blood caressing it in a warm embrace. Her pulse pounded in her ears.

Echoes of her name surrounded her but all that Amu could acknowledge was the sadness and pain that swam in Ikuto's blue eyes.

Ikuto withdrew his claws from Amu's chest. She gasped, the pain slowly fading and numbness taking its place. Ikuto tore the humpty lock from her neck and dropped it into the large pool of blood at their feet, making a loud clang as it hit the hard floor.

Ikuto's claws vanished in a cloud of glitter, then he wrapped his bloody and bruised arms round Amu and embraced her tightly.

"I'm sorry," he whispered, pain seeping into his voice, "I'm so sorry Amu." Ikuto's tears ran down her neck like a stream of sorrow pouring out of his soul.

A small smile grew on Amu's lips as she wrapped her own arms round Ikuto's neck. She pulled his face down to hers and pressed her lips to his. Ikuto immediately reacted and kissed her with full force, her sweet taste sending him into a pleasurable dizziness.

Suddenly Amu's legs collapsed from underneath her. Ikuto laid her gently on the ground without breaking their kiss, cradling her in his arms.

Amu pulled away, smiling while looking into Ikuto's tear filled eyes. Her blood covered hand caressed his damp cheek softly, tears streaming down her pale cheeks and the words that she whispered to him would haunt Ikuto for the rest of eternity.

Then the light that had once filled her beautiful glistening eyes faded forever, leaving the pale, lifeless body that had once been the energetic, caring, cool and spicy Amu Hinamori.

Ikuto pressed his lips to Amu's once more. He had killed her, the girl he had loved with his whole being was dead because of him.

Ikuto laid her body gently on the ground, picked up the humpty lock from the large pool of Amu's pure, glistening blood and walked away, Yoru following silently behind him.

Ikuto never once looked back at what he had done but the words that Amu had whispered to him were imprinted in his mind and continued to ring in his ears, wrapping themselves around his broken heart, crushing it;

"I forgive you Ikuto, I love you."

Like I said, I was depressed!
