Prologue
They finally found him after a week. A week that was filled with endless searching…
A week ago, it was discovered that Orochimaru captured Naruto. The Godaime, Tsunade, issued a special A rank mission to the former members of Team Seven. After all, they were the ones who knew Naruto well enough.
The mission? To rescue Naruto and bring him back. With Orochimaru growing stronger as the days went by, they had to act fast.
It was only by coincidence that they found the cave; the cave that had what they were looking for. How did they not recognize the genjutsu that concealed the cave? With its location near the Sound Village, there was no doubt that this was the work of Orochimaru's.
As they entered the cave, they only hoped that they weren't too late...
He was going to have fun breaking him more. Crashing all his dreams, all his motivations of living, everything. In front of him laid Naruto, who was unconscious due to the certain punishments that he was faced with. Orochimaru licked his lips as he recalled the events that have taken place a while ago. Smirking at the marvelous sight before him, he thought to himself.
How long has it been?
Ah yes, it's been a week...
A week since he's had the Kyuubi's container in his grasp…
A week since…
However, his eyes narrowed as he felt the intruders break through the genjutsu that he has created. They found his location a lot sooner than he thought. No matter. He had no intention of bringing the container with him anyway.
It wouldn't matter, for he was broken anyway.
Orochimaru maliciously grinned as he looked at Naruto.
"Poor Naruto-kun, who will save you now?
"Having nothing to live for, only to be hated by the village, poor Naruto-kun"
"You won't last long, even in your own home village. Kukukuku"
With that said, he then disappeared, seconds before the former Team Seven arrived. Upon arriving at the scene, they realized that they were too late. Kakashi's eyes widened at the sight as Sakura burst into tears. Sasuke did not show any emotion. At least, that's what it looked liked. However, if one paid careful attention, one would notice how he was clenching his fist, drawing blood as he pierced his own skin with his nails.
My first Naruto fanfiction! I hope you guys will go easy on me. Not really sure where this story is going but yea...
The next chapter will definitely be longer than this. But in the mean time, this is just the prologue. xP
