Mals was a planeswalker. He had grown up in a swamp, and had always been taught that it was push...or be pushed into a pit of the hungry undead. He mostly did pushing...until one day when somebody snuck up on him and literally threw him at a vampire. So now he was immortal and eternally ticked off. Oh, and unable to get a tan. So what did he do with his anger? He used it in conjunction with his power to visit the other planes of the multiverse and then use said planes to his advantage to turn the Plains planes into Swamp planes. Or, to sum it up clearly, he used it to turn the plains that gave off white energy into planes that gave off dark energy. He had already taken four, and he was standing in another Plains.
Faria was...different. Though she was brought up in the forest and used mostly green energy, she preferred hanging around in the Plains. Funny thing though, it was getting harder and harder to find some Plains planes in the multiverse. Oh, and she wasn't an elf or a cat person, which was odd for her plane. She was a human with dark skin and leafy looking clothes, even though they were in reality made of the finest fabrics. If you had to describe her face in one word, it would be grinning. And this was especially true when she was surrounded by nature or light. She was going out to one of the holiest and kindest Plains that she had ever been two. She had taken to calling this universe "The Universe" because it was just that awesome! However, this time there was some weird looking pale dude with jet black hair, whitish grayish eyes, and he was so thin that she could practically count his ribs from 50 feet away. Instead of wearing the usual clothes for this universe, he was wearing a black hooded cloak with little strands of gold going down either side. Oh, and there was a glowing ball of what appeared to be pitch darkness (somehow) in his hand.
If Mals ever showed emotion, he might have grinned. One more place of holiness and light to destroy. He had already called upon the power of four swamps and a mountain, so he was able to bring in a Sengir Vampire. This one happened to be named Xyulis, and he had proven to be useful in the past. Xyulis prepared to do his master's bidding when he was thrown into the air, rather unexpectedly, by what appeared to be a large, angry green rock. That had mushrooms all over it.
Mals raised an eyebrow.
Faira was breathing heavily, as she hadn't used any planes for that. Instead, she had to convince six creatures with no actual understanding of magic to help her summon a Phytotitan. And then she had to stop it from vomiting from summoning sickness so that she could take the Vampire by surprise. It...it wasn't easy, and the half digested mulch on her clothes showed it. Gross.
