Wow, ya'll are just awesome! I got so many encouraging reviews for my first piece, Musings Of An Assistant, so I decided to write another story. Now, this was inspired by a discussion between myself and a friend, about children of our favorite ships. And this came to mind! Enjoy, and please remember to review!

Disclaimer: Not mine! Not mine! (checks mailbox) Still not mine!

This story is dedicated to everyone who read and reviewed Musings Of An Assistant. Thanks!

Natalie was exhausted. Rubbing her sore middle, she shuffled towards her bedroom, trying to ignore the cheeriness of all the pink items around her.

She finally reached the room, but as she laid her hand on the knob, a soft voice drew her attention to the pink decorated door down the hall.

Curiosity got the best of her, and she slipped down the hall and peeked into the soft pink and lavender room. He was pacing around the room and muttering, a tiny pink bundle cradled securely in his arms.

She listened intently, and a smile graced her lips as she listened to what he was muttering.

"A place for everything, and everything in it's place, Allison," he said softly as he walked her around the room.

"What are you teaching my daughter, Adrian?" she asked teasingly as she walked into the nursery, and he looked up at her and blushed.

"It's never too early to teach good cleaning habits," he stated, and Natalie shook her head and carefully lifted her daughter out of her husband's arms.

"Never mind your daddy, sweetheart," Natalie cooed at her brown eyed daughter. "You'll get used to him… eventually." Allison just looked up at her with wide, bright eyes, and Natalie kissed her forehead before laying her carefully in her crib.

Monk reached over and carefully straightened out the blanket that hung over the side of the crib, and Natalie rolled her eyes.

"Two days old, and she's already got you wrapped around her finger, huh, Adrian?" she asked softly, and Monk looked at her.

"Yes."

She leaned over and kissed the corner of his mouth softly, then walked to the door. "I'm going to go check on Julie," she murmured, her fingers on the doorknob.

He nodded, and she looked at the scene in front of her for a moment. And finally, she decided that, apart from Julie's and Allison's births, she had never seen a more beautiful sight.
