Harry and Draco
Potions was Harry's least favourite subject. He could not fathom why he was even in the room, around the Slytherins. They never had a nice thing to say to him. They never had the time to talk to him. He was just "The Boy Who Lived" to them. Nothing special. And they would penalise his every move and his every word. Why they wasted their time, saying horrible things he did not know. I mean how sad a sorry must you feel about yourself to try and bring others down with you? Harry could brush it off. He could do this because he had Draco. If anybody found out about him and Draco it would be the end of everything he wished to ever have. But the way Draco made him feel, made Harry feel he would give all that up to be with him. And know that Draco was his, all his. Draco was next to Neville, who was failing as usual. Snape approached so Harry snapped out of his fantasy world.
"Neville, are you incapable of following simple instructions to not attempt this task?"
Neville turned white. He was paler than the ghosts. Neville had a fear of Snape, he always would. It was understandable, considering Snape was very hard face and did not show any affection or emotion other than anger. Harry glanced sideways and saw that Draco was looking at him, with the corners of his mouth turned up slightly.
"Draco, are you smiling at Harry Potter?" Yelled Crabbe.
"No" replied Draco" Just laughing at his broken glasses. Do you think he has taken tips from the Weasleys?"
All the Slytherins erupted with laughter. Harry felt hurt but he knew it was an act. Harry could see the pain behind Draco's eyes, even if no one else could see it. Ron as glaring at Draco, giving him the "I don't care what you say about my family" look. Draco turned around to hide his face from Harry. Harry turned to Hermione who had realised that Draco felt sorry for what he had said.
"Do you think Draco feels sorry for that comment?"
"No, Draco's probably trying to make us feel like he cares. And then BAM, he will be incredibly mean" Harry said that in his cool way, but failed.
After class Harry was pulled into a storeroom on the way to the lake.
"Harry, I'm so sorry I didn't mean-"
Harry didn't let him finish his sentence. Their lips were locked and both Draco and Harry could feel the intensity of their kiss. They were rushing because the time they had was so precious yet so little. They finished, and they just stood there, staring into each other's eyes. This moment was perfect.
