So this gem happened. I'm no writter but I want to write. All types of feedback is accepted. Want me to take a bath with a toaster? SURE! Anyway, this is the first thing I have ever written. So have the Prolouge.

It was a time of great conflict. Two major super powers of the continent a mass their armies preparing for an inevitable for a war of apocalyptic proportions, The Third Rune War. Tensions are going from bad to worse as the two super powers threaten to use technologies abusing the ever mysterious Nexus Crystal against each other.

And here stands a man with intentions unclear and sword at hand, prepared to make his last stand in a field of the decaying corpses of his allies. A man with no clear purpose and ambition. But, this isn't his story. Not yet anyway.

In the outskirts of Demacia, there was a small shack. Every night at around elven or so, a hooded figure enters this shack. This hooded figure was Luxanna Crownguard. Of all the people in the high standard city of Demacia, this 25 year old light mage sneaks out of Crownguard manor to a shady shack in the middle of the night but for what purpose?

As Lux enters the shack, she illuminates the tip of her baton of light and fires a shot at an industrial lamp, lighting up the entire room. The shack itself appeared to be built from wood, but for some odd reason the walls were made of concrete. The interior looked like it hasn't been cleaned in 3 years. The contents: 3 chairs, the industrial lamp, a lumber jack's axe and a prisoner.

The prisoner was chained to the wall by the arms with a black rag covering the face. The man, woman, yordle, voidling or whatever it was had a large shawl and boots. Evidently Lux didn't want her captive to see much.

Lux paced for a minute or two to make the captive acknowledge her presence by the sounds of her footsteps against the floor.

"We've been at this stand still for quite some time now," she said. "You don't want to get hurt and nothing can stop me from hurting you. So you tell me right now why I found you near restricted Demacian territory. Tell me everything right now and I will release you."

No reply came from the prisoner.

"So we're playing this again huh?" Lux then fired a small bolt to stun the captive. No scream escaped the prisoner as victim fell to on its knees. The bolt should have caused anyone to double over in pain. The amount of endurance Lux's Prisoner showed was impressive.

Lux walked closer to her prisoner. "Listen to me, scum. I will eventually break you. When I do, you will tell me everything, meaning this act of endurance of yours won't matter in the end."

For the next hour, Lux interrogated her captive. Like every other night since she captured the spy, she leaves the shack with no information, and no mana. She knows she can't keep this charade for long. Her time was limited. She needs someone she can trust to help her divulge every detail from the spy; someone who can keep her secret. But until then, she'll just have to forge on alone.
