Ally sat at her old wooden desk frustrated. Ally had been sitting there all day with her head in her head in her hands. She had been trying to create a title to a song she wasn't finished with; in fact it wasn't even started. Her friends had wanted the song done last week, but she was having writer's bloke. She knew this song was going to take a while longer with the rate she was going.

Only Austin understood. Austin, with his kind caring eyes, and beautiful windswept blonde hair understood her. He alone knew how hard she worked each day, how she stayed up every night thinking of his career, how she had to give up her past activities to help him achieve his dream. Austin knew all this. That must have been why he was so good and kind to her. Stop Ally thought; don't think of Austin like that. You don't love him, you love Dallas. Dallas, was sweet and innocent, he couldn't do a wrong, nothing like Austin. Ugh! Ally thought again. Stop comparing Dallas to Austin, Austin is to good for….

Ally was once again lost in thought. She thought of Dallas, her kind of boyfriend, Austin, her boy… no, he was Ally's best guy friend, and only her friend.

As Ally was figuring out who was who, the door slowly opened revealing none other than Dallas "Hey Dallas!" Ally said getting up and walking toward the door where Dallas stood. "Hey Ally!" Dallas said as he wrapped his weak arms around the small girl. Austin's arms are stronger Ally thought, but then scolded herself. It was wrong to think of Austin when she was with Dallas. Right?
