The movement in the theater was rushed.
People were buying snacks and refreshments from Anna (a character from Fire Emblem) on a table near the door.
"Remind me again why this is happening?" Corrin asked Bayonetta as she opened her can of Coke.
"The Master wanted to tell all of us newer Smashers the story of the Subspace." Bayonetta whispered back.
"Yeah, I know but a MUSICAL?" Corrin said. "Isn't that an odd choice?"
"He said he wanted to make it 'stand out' from all of the other incarnations." Bayonetta mused. "And trust me. There are a TON."
"Hello?" Pac Man asked as he walked passed them while using his cell phone. "Yes I'm here to ask if…"
Meanwhile in the theater everyone was getting in their seats.
"So let me get something straight?" Shulk asked Dark Pit. "They decided to cast some of the newer members as the Smashers who got cut?"
Dark Pit nodded. "I don't know what to think about it honestly. This whole thing just seems like a dumb idea."
Some time passed after that. The theater filled up some more, as more and more people claimed their seats. Then after a little while a single spotlight shone on the red curtains of the stage and Master Hand bolted down.
"WELCOME LADIES AND GENTLEMAN!" Master Hand beamed.
The crowd began to cheer.
"It's so nice to see a full house here tonight." Master Hand said. "I'd smile…but I don't have a mouth!"
"You ordered us all to come remember?" A voice cried.
"Anyways…Thank you all for coming!" Master Hand said as he got another round of applause. "We've all worked so hard on this, and I really hope you enjoy it! I'm so proud of our Smashers for every performance and all of the hard work put into it. But enough about me! It's time your experience…Subspace Embassy: The Musical!"
The crowd began to cheer as the curtain opened.
So...meet my new mainstream project! The reason it's becoming my main focus is because the songs will take some time to write, and I won't have access the computer on the weekdays (with high school starting). So...I hope you enjoy it!
