A/N: I figured since there weren't many Fang fiches, Id try to write one. Please R&R.
Oooh! See bird pretty bird! Fang like bird. Fang want touch bird.
"SQQUUUUUAAAAAWKK!"
AH! FANG NO LIKE BIRD! FANG RUN AWAY NOW!
And, with that, Fang tore like crazy through the bushes, disturbing animals and causing a huge tumult in the forest.
"TWEEEEET!"
"MROOOOOOOW!'
"MOOOOOOOOO!"
Four miles away, a farmer heard a loud noise coming from the direction of the forest.
FANG NO LIKE ANIMALSES! RUN, RUN, RUN, FANG, RUN!
In Fang's life, everything was terrifying. Bugs, humans, other dogs, cats, cows, horses, birds, food, bears, mice, ants, anything you could think of, it scared him.
AAAAH! FANG MUST RUUUUUUUUUN!
He leaped through the trees and landed hard in a clearing, looking wildly around. Behind him, he heard a loud "YRAAAAANG!"
Fang backed quickly away from the noise, looking wildly around. He was moving backwards so fast, he didn't even look where he was going, and tripped over a rock and landed in a pond.
ACK! WATER! FANG NO LIKE WATER! WATER WET WET! WATER VERY WET WET! FANG NO BREATH! FANG NO BREATH IN WET WET!
As Fang flailed around in the water, a fish brushed brushed past him.
AAAAAHH! WHAT THAT?! THAT FISH! FANG NO LIKE FISH! FISH BAD BAD! DIE, FISH, DIE DIE!
Fang began to "swim" through the water banging the poor fish on the head with a rock.
DIE, FISH, DIE, DIE!
It was then that Fang remembered he couldn't breath.
NOOOOO! FANG DROWNING! BYE BYE FANG! FANG IS DEAD, DEAD!
"Oi! What 're ya doin'?!" came a gruff yell from above.
Fang felt a huge hand come into the water and pull him up by the scruff of his neck.
"What 're a doin'?" asked the voice again. "Yer a dog ain't ya? Ain't dogs supposed to swim?"
Slowly, Fang opened his eyes which he had unconsciously shut, and looked at his savior.
"Ya 'kay?" asked the giant which now held Fang in a kinder voice.
FANG LIKE GIANT PERSON! GIANT PERSON SAVE FANG FANG! FANG SAVED!
Fang then began to lick the "giant person" happily.
"Hey, now, tha's enough," said the "giant person" as he set Fang down. "Well, now what do I do with ye? I don't reckon I can leave ye here. Ye migh' start to drown yourself again." He thought for a moment. "Well, I guess I better'n take ye with me then."
Fang wagged his tail happily.
And so began the unlikely but happy friendship between a half-giant and a frightened dog.
