Disclaimer: Don't own... I wish I did though!
Warnings: Contains slash, cutting, some harsh language, uhh... it's kinda sad...
A/N: Greetings once again! I decided that the Rugrats section didn't have enough slash! So here is a bit more... you can always change the name to a girls name... Well this story is just a one-shot... I don't know what to write for chapt. 6 of WMoOC... ::sigh:: I would like to thank my beta reader, Witchytara25. You rock my black froggy toe socks! Well let's get on with the fic! I would also like to thank my buddy Dani for helping me figure out a title! Thanks Dani, you are awesome! ::grin::
Silently I cut my arm and watch as the blood drips ever so slowly down. The crimson red, relaxes me as I dig into my other wrist, staining the razor I am using.
"If only you can see me like this!" I think to myself. "Only you can save me."
"Fuck you," I whisper under my breath.
I feel the tears forming in my eyes, but I don't let them fall. I just couldn't, they're a sign of weakness. Suddenly I feel anger, and I dig the razor into my skin again. I always believed that physical pain was better than mental pain.
My attention snaps up as I hear a gentle, almost hesitant knock on the door. I slowly get to my feet before I call out to the person who keeps knocking.
"What?" I ask through the door.
"Are you alright?" a voice responds softly, your
voice.
"Yes, I'm fine," I answer. Damnit, why are you here?
"Ok, if you're sure" I hear you say.
I clean up the mess I made, dizzy from the blood loss. I look at the scars that linger on my skin and sigh, pulling my sleeves down. I slowly exit the bathroom, hoping that you left. Damn my luck, there you are sitting on my bed, staring into space.
"What are you doing here?" I ask, walking over to my bed.
"I needed to tell you something," you respond and I instantly worry about what you have to tell me.
"What is it?" I ask, millions of thoughts running through my head.
"Well, I...I wa...was wondering if y...you," you trail off looking at your feet.
"Come on, just tell me," I urge.
"Never mind, it was a mistake coming here," you mumble and get up.
"Maybe you're right," I counter, wishing I could say something to make you stay.
"Don't let him leave" A voice somewhere inside me commands.
I look up and see you standing there, looking much like a deer caught in headlights. The panic clearly shining in your honey brown eyes. You look at me and quickly turn to leave. I reach out and grab your arm. You look down at my hand on your arm, a myriad of emotions crossing your face and as your eyes meet mine, I am surprised by the different emotions flickering across them.
"Dil, I... I think I love you," you tell me.
I look up at you again and break down crying. These tears aren't from sorrow, but from happiness. You look so confused now, so I slowly bring my lips to yours.
"I love you too, Mike," I whisper.
You pull me into a hug and I feel safe. I've finally found my solace, and I know you won't leave again.
A/N: Did you like? Did you hate? Tell me what you think!!!!! Well I'm gonna go now, bye!
